  1. The front desk staff not friendly. Waiting for them keep talking on phone and walk here and there chit chatting. Their priority not serving the customer but keep chatting with each other or with the riders. Payment method not convenient as they do not receive cash only bank transfer, should provide QR code as some elders do not know how to do online transfer. After payment done, no thank you saying to the customer. Worse behaviour and attitude. Strongly not recommended to post parcel at this brunch.

  2. very worst delivery service,my parcel is need to arrived on 10/8 or 11/8 but my parcel arrived at this j&t on 10/8 then they doing the transit on 12/8 so then i go to the j&t for pickup or 13/8 because my parcel didn’t ariived eventho my place is nearest there. but the staff told me that my parcel is already inside big packaging so it’s difficult for them to open back and give me pickup my item.then they tell me that they will deliver my parcel on that day but my parcel didn’t arrived until the next day. the courier already contact me but he didn’t deliver my item end up bagi alasan “tak sempat”!! bad service from mr faiz azman!!!

Driver can’t even differentiate number “3”and number “5”, even though it’s not handwritten , sent my parcel to wrong address without make sure the present of receiver or notify the receiver/sender 🙄️ was it systems/sop problem or human mistake? I’ve track the final sent location and it wasn’t even pointed correctly, I have to recognize the feature of the wrong house door by door according to the photo uploaded by driver to get my parcel back. Fortunately the neighbor is decent who didn’t open/destroy my parcel. Was it a punishment because I didn’t buy insurance??? Won’t use j&t service anymore for sure

  4. The worse experience with the front desk staff. I went there with a 50+ parcel and it was my first time. When I was there they were busy singing and ordering food, I had to acknowledge them and told them I’m here to drop my parcels to be delivered, one of the staff just handover the J&T bag and told me pack all my parcels and also write the receivers name on it and so I did, once I’m done with that, they scanned from my J&T app, printed out the waybills and told me to stick on my parcels and so I did. It was very uncomfortable to do all that on the entrance place where some other customers walked in to drop their parcels as well. Regardless everything I did everything that was told to do. Once im done with everything, payment was done. Before leaving, just for a clarification and for my own understanding, I asked one of the front desk staff what’s the actual sop? Whatever I did today, am I supposed to do it on my own? If so, in future I would do all this at my place instead of coming here and do. While I was talking to one staff, another came in and interrupted and responded very rude to me with a horrible body language and she even has the nerve to say that they don’t lose anything if we don’t drop our parcel at that particular J&T and told us to find other courier service which left me in shock, I was polite enough to do all the packaging and yet at the end I was treated so badly just for asking something for my understanding. While I was explaining them why I raised the question, she immediately carried my boxes and threw it on a side and kicked my parcels right infront of me. This is a very horrible attitude and a low grade customer service.

  5. Delivery guy name Muhammad Affsal quite a dramatic person and even he used religion things into sending parcel. Even tho I texted him early about I don’t avail that time he’s just sending the parcel and love to do things without any confirmation.
