I discovered CLDY in October 2023 when searching for a Singapore-based hosting company, with local customer support serving the local community.
I filled in the contact form on their website, and in less than one hour I received an email from Dan with a quotation and telling me what information they would need to migrate my website and email over to their servers. A couple of days later I had a very pleasant conversation with him in which he answered my questions and advised me on which hosting package would best suit my needs. They were able to start the website migration that same day. Dan and his colleagues kept me advised of their progress throughout. The migration was completely seamless with no loss of website functionality. Since moving to CLDY my website has worked flawlessly without a single moment of downtime.
A couple of months later I had a minor problem with posting a website update – I sent a whatsapp message to the CLDY customer service number which was answered by John in less than one minute. He was able to troubleshoot my issue and help me post the update on the spot, as well as advise me about how to avoid this problem in the future.
I cannot recommend CLDY highly enough – they are extremely professional, helpful, FAST and are able to explain technical issues in simple everyday language. I feel that they value all of their customers, even tiny ones like myself, and are committed to building relationships for the long term.
