2 months agoIt can be a hit or miss. My recent experience wasn’t a pleasant one, I would rate it 3/5. But I had great times on previous visits. It depends on the hairstylist’s skill. Would I come again? Yes. But only on weekend because the parking is packed during weekdays.3 months agoGoing for wash + cut for the first time here and having quite terrible experience. The staff cut my hair took very long time which is almost 2 hours just for cut and wash. So i thought in 2 hours the result will be satisfying but when i went home and look at my hair i felt like crying. She cut my hair very uneven. There even one side very long and look crooked. I haven’t felt this terrible went to any other hair salon plus i have to wash my hair again when i got home cause they didn’t wash the hair comb properly as it smell so so bad ? I’m literally crying and tell my husband that i never want to go to this salon anymore. I read the review seems like they got a lot of nice review but why am i the one facing a terrible experience here. Showed others my hair after the haircut that day and they said my hair look worst. I’m crying damn it3 months agoWent to the Salon yesterday by walk-in with my sister. I got my hair cut, washed and and blowout.I am satisfied with how my hair look after the service provided and would recommend this Salon! The price is reasonable IMO ?2 years agoHad a wonderful time here. Strategic place. Easy booking. Friendly staff. Clean and peaceful setting. Calm environment. I just love the massage. Very expert. She could find the exact point for a detail massage. Booked pre natal massage for 1 and half hours. But the time exceeded without any additional charge. Despite the closing time is at 7pm, the staff was still giving her good service until 8.15pm. Very much recommended.a year agoPrevious when I came here it’s was okey and nice.. However, a few days ago I when there for a simple trim cut and wash. The stylish cut half of my hair and one of it it’s not in the same length.. Bare in mind I have long curly hair and was expected to be married this June.. Contact the owner and the owner just said miscommunication.. How can.. Small cut came out as half of my hair been cut off and one of them is shorter than the other..i have a freaking wedding for God’s sake.. This is my last. thankyou

The hairstylist is soft-spoken and everything she did is not hurting me at all. She suggests on my hairstyle even do the hair analysis for me. Bcs I’m so rushing, I just did wash & blow for RM30 and add RM10 for dandruff shampoo. Definitely will come again for scalp treatment. The saloon is so comfortable and definitely Muslimah friendly and they didn’t push the customers to get their shampoo or package. I’m so comfortable here.
I forgot to ask the hairstylist’s name, but her hair is greyish blue.
Just did my haircut and wash for Rm35 here..very cheap for muslimah saloon and seriously their service is very good. Nice environment and also the staff explained very well about my scalp condition and the treatment options without being pushy to convince me to grab it. Will definitely come here again!
Went to this place for a haircut and scalp treatment. The interior is nice and overall experience was pleasant. Lin was very friendly and shared helpful tips.
Been here second time. Good experience, the hairstylist are soft spoke and very polite. They did scan & explaining before start the session. Of course they offered a package but not so pushy this time around.
Only the parking is an issue, always crowded. Their toilets are not quite spacey, but clean. Overall – Satisfied ?? and will come again.
i’m really upset with the customer service. i have been a loyal customer for two years but not anymore!
Why? well mainly because the customer service is really bad.
i made the appointment with them but they told me my appointment did not go through because they did not contact back to me. the problem is they did not reply my texts for two days straight so how should i know?? so i asked the staff whether i can walk in? the staff said i couldn’t bcs they did not have enough staff atm. i understand that problem however, the way they talk to me was very rude and did not apologise for the inconvenience at all. bcs i was very upset, i told the staff that it’s better to tell me the slot is unavailable prior to the day of my appointment. the staff said its not their team that handle the bookings, but the marketing team. umm hello??? sounds like your business problem. clearly, the appointment system is screwed up. and that’s not how you reply to your customers. so rude. Nieza Salon, please train your staff to improve the customer service. Otherwise, you will lose more customers in the future. Since this event happened, i’m not recommending this salon at all!
