7 months agokak zaiton is the best. i have a very bad hairfall and my hair looks very dry, lifeless, thin and limp most of the days. but with her knowledge she make some adjustments and my hair actually are thicker than it actually is. i can say i lost my confidence because of my hair but after kak zaiton cut my hair, it looks much much better and feels a lot healthier. recommended?a year agoLove love love the experience I just had with Zee. Apart from having such a sunny personality, she was also able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted. So happy with the results! Most importantly the style is easy to manage. I’m one of the satisfied customer in this salon, I went this morning and a lady named Fiza assist me and I like the way she explained every detail to me so that i can understand fully what is the problem of my face.

the staffs were so friendly, had my face scanning and consultation with one of the staffs named Bella, she was so kind and helpful, she explained all the details very well and easy to understand. she also did all the treatments. overall everything is good, will surely come again.
Firstly, I’m still bleeding and there’s not a single apology from the staff that did the manicure. It’s a cut cos it’s obviously bleeding, and you just proceed with buffing on top of the bleeding nail. It stained the buffer equipment too. Not even once you checked to see if I’m okay.
Second, when a customer has made an appointment and confirms what services they need, you don’t offer them different services. You deliver first, promo later. I understand your enthusiasm but you shouldn’t change what the customer initially requested just because they’re already there. It’s a spa, we’re not supposed to be stressed about promo stuff.
Third, I got there early just incase also got delayed later than my appointment time.
Please, protect your customer first.
