2 years agoBookeed 1 week prior to appointment but when i went to the shop she said her sister said i didn’t make any appointment. Very unprofessional. Talked about other people’s stories to the other customers. The worst salon experience I’ve ever had, the hairdresser pulled my hair with her hands when blowing that it hurts so much that i want to cry. The hospitality is bad overall the hairdresser are very biased towards customers. a month agoI booked appointment for hair relaxing, it was really great experience and happy outcome. The way they handling customer was really impressed too caring, soft and nice interactive. The shop ambience was very peace . Also they had given hair care advise. Thank you so much and highly recommended . thank you for Ms Nico and Mr Wilson.4 months agoThought the stylist is friendly and pleasant. But the seems lack of experience. My hair wash not thorough and hair wasn’t blow with brush but blow dry and then thong. Brought a cousin from overseas and she wasn’t too impressed as well. As many saloon closed om Wednesday I thought of just giving it a try since there is good review. Disappointed as this is not the standard expected.5 months agoNormally i dont do review, but i was scammed by the rating i saw here in google. I came and got my hair touch up rebonding, and i could say the way treatment done is way way worse than other salons ive been to. i have done this multiple times with different salons and not one of them do the way the stylist done to me. The stylist did not blow dry my hair completely and directly apply straightener to my hair. i swear you could hear the sizzling sound. The price tag is same as what i got with salon in Island using Olaplex and same as hairsalon in shopping mall. Totally not worth it! To other customers, please go other salons there are tons others are way better. To the salon, please do not assume customer doesn’t know their way around hair treatment. Customer spent money to get good hair, not broken hair!2 years agoGreat experience! I just got exactly how i want for my hair.
