2 months agoRetail at level 1 whereby there’s displays of the newest model such as: iPhone/ iMac/ macbook/ home pods/ Apple Watch available for almost every table. Crowded as expected for new releases of the products. The scenery is good and greenery everywhere. Level 2 will have some pop up events and invited hosts for sharing. Engagement sessions such as basic concepts of coding for young kids. Staff are aware about the product details. Was looking to get worldwide adapter, thought it is available for the iPhone. After clarification with the staff, it’s only for macbook.3 weeks agoWas at Apple Orchard because of an Apple Pencil tip bitten by a shiba. The crowd is unbelievable. Yet service by Apple is excellent despite me, an Apple first Gen user, being anti Apple products all these years. Must also salute the easy replacement of the Apple Pencil tip which definitely is more mother Earth friendly and wallet friendly too! Despite the crowd, the Apple staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Keep up the excellent work! ??4 weeks agoIt is a vibrant and prosperous street where you can find nearly all the famous brands you can think of. I encountered two super cute dogs there and took photo with them ?. With Christmas approaching, there is a carnival, making it suitable for taking children to enjoy.4 months agoFantastic Apple Store, just like the best that you’ll find in USA. Everything you need, including third party accessories are here. Staff are plenty and are always keen to help you out. Don’t forgot to check out the second floor, it’s stunning!4 months agoI had a fantastic experience at the Apple Genius Bar in Orchard. The team’s customer service was exceptional — they were fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They addressed my Apple device issue promptly, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received. Kudos to the team for providing such outstanding service

5 months agoVery good service from all the staff..so helpful and friendly.a month agoHonest review. I was attended by staff named Zikri from 7pm till shop closing time. He was patiently assisting me to trade in my phone and transfer my data to new phone. He explain very detailed about iPhone model differences and helps me to decide which phone to buy. He is very humble and very friendly. The other staff seems not so friendly but Zikri is the best ? Regardless of customers appearance, he’s not biased nor double standard. Machines need more staffs like him, surely will increase sales ?2 months agoThe service given by staff named Zikri was beyond satisfactory. Assisted by zikri and he was very friendly, patient and helpful. Apple Marina Bay Sands is a magnificent store located at one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks. It offers a unique shopping experience with 360-degree panoramic views of the city skyline. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but I deducted one star because Apple’s environmental claims are hypocritical. They claim to be environmentally friendly, but they do not offer repairs for iPads and Apple Watches, even for minor issues. This is contrary to their public image.
The Apple store in Marina Bay Sands is the truly building architectural masterpiece. The store has two parts – one in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, one floating like an island, and they are linked together by a tunnel under water.
The iconic part has uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic views of the whole Marina Bay Sands area. They also have music from the store, you can sit outside, enjoy the view and chill with the melody.
I’ve purchased from this Apple Store countless times. Every single time has been a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and a great location!
Will definitely be visiting again in the future!
One of Iconic building in Marina Bay Sands. Entrance is through B2 level at the mall. Really admire the architecture of the building which is very unique but some how classy and modern.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
