3 weeks agoPlease note that this employee is very problematic. We came here to get the repaired mobile phone and asked at the counter where to pick up the repaired mobile phone. He said to go there (go to the table in front of the counter to wait) and wait. After waiting for an hour, no one came to ask us, what do we need? No one paid any attention to us for an hour? Please? Is it really because Apple phones are a famous brand and employees are superior to others? Or is this because we are repairing mobile phones and not consuming them? Whenever I make eye contact with all the staff, they all quickly shift their gaze to ask the new customer? What a great service! ! ! An hour later, I asked the employee who called me back how long I would have to wait. He replied to me that their staff is very busy with too many customers, please understand! ! so what? Do employees have time to chat with each other? Do you have time to get in and out of the store’s room? Is there still time to ask colleagues to clock in from work? Don’t have time to deal with customers who want their phone repaired? How many staff are responsible for selling goods? How many employees are responsible for repairs? Excuse me? ? ? And in the end, even if it took us nearly two hours, we still have to wait for the phone not to be repaired yet? So why is the phone not repaired yet? We will receive a notification that it has been repaired. It’s been almost two hours to see your employees’ faces and feel annoyed. It’s really uncomfortable to spend money on it. The staff member who asked me to wait was this person. I took a photo.2 weeks agoChange iPhone 11 Pro Max battery with Genuine Apple Part. When repair time, Apple say all apple center can claim for warranty. But when problem come out, even machines, switch both also refuse after-sales service.But thanks for this guy staff (maybe he is technician/ person who in charge repair problem) explain with me as clear and smooth.

a month agoProudly to say Mr.Abid who is one of your staff – entitled as service specialist tremendously accomplished his task and duty perfectly; being very honest i never encountered a great staff who are so much better in delivering his knowledge and experience with his awesome skills while assisting me throughout 3 days without being interrupted and I should say this – please don’t loose him and kindly give him the best opportunity to climb up in ur organisation perhaps by promoting him to a higher level position and I can say proudly that he will be more success not only for himself but the entire organisation, hence customers will be happy with your service. Dedicated staff like him should be rewarded and I with my humble request may your team provide the necessary support to him. I went to check the issue with my WhatsApp files, which couldn’t be opened. I showed him how the files were missing, but he started checking my photos without my permission. When I sensed he was accessing other apps without consent, I went beside him and observed that he was opening my photos and scrolling through them. I promptly took my phone back. How can someone access my photos without my permission? The issue was with the WhatsApp files, which I gave him after they were opened. Disrespectful
