a week agoThe staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and patient. John assisted me with picking out my first ever IPhone. He explained the products well and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. He referred me to the young lady at level 3 who assisted me with my screen protector. She as well, was very pleasant and friendly. Upon hearing that it was my first IPhone, she was also excited on my behalf and checked if I knew how to claim warranty6 months agoA gigantic store in its own right, it’s a tad tinier than the one on Orchard Road. (Both are sooo big and two levels so you wouldn’t notice much difference anyways).But truth be told, I prefer this one compared to the Orchard one as it’s within a mall so you don’t even have to step out into the sweltering heat after dropping serious cash on their products!
Service as usual is helpful, informative and marvellous. Our apple SA Alexa was very straight to the point and informed us in many ways about the product offerings. Enjoyed the experience there (my wallet can’t say the same) and would head down there if I need any help in the future.
a month agoMultiple occasions be it for product servicing or purchase, we have had a brilliant experience. The service staff are skilled, on their toes and technically adept. One of the reasons we remain dedicated Apple product users is due to the people who make up the team here. And the best part – no hard selling. Apple is also taking sincere efforts at sustainability and this not just for Apple products. We really appreciate great people with good causes.2 months agoMo ( at the Genius Bar) was excellent! He was professional and approachable with any questions or concerns made about the device issue at hand. He explained his thought processes and rationales thoroughly, in a manner understandable to me, as he conducted service to the device. He presented my troubleshooting/repair options while maintaining realistic expectations throughout the appointment session. He was warm, friendly, respectable, and had a sense of humor. I left the store feeling more at ease about my device issues- our interaction with him was a highlight to our Singapore layover. a month agoOne of Iconic building in Marina Bay Sands. Entrance is through B2 level at the mall. Really admire the architecture of the building which is very unique but some how classy and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful.2 months agoThe Apple store in Marina Bay Sands is the truly building architectural masterpiece. The store has two parts – one in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, one floating like an island, and they are linked together by a tunnel under water.The iconic part has uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic views of the whole Marina Bay Sands area. They also have music from the store, you can sit outside, enjoy the view and chill with the melody.

2 months agoApple Marina Bay Sands is a magnificent store located at one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks. It offers a unique shopping experience with 360-degree panoramic views of the city skyline. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but I deducted one star because Apple’s environmental claims are hypocritical. They claim to be environmentally friendly, but they do not offer repairs for iPads and Apple Watches, even for minor issues. This is contrary to their public image.a month agoI’ve purchased from this Apple Store countless times. Every single time has been a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and a great location!Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Fantastic Apple Store, just like the best that you’ll find in USA. Everything you need, including third party accessories are here. Staff are plenty and are always keen to help you out. Don’t forgot to check out the second floor, it’s stunning!
I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Genius Bar in Orchard. The team’s customer service was exceptional — they were fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They addressed my Apple device issue promptly, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received. Kudos to the team for providing such outstanding service
Retail at level 1 whereby there’s displays of the newest model such as: iPhone/ iMac/ macbook/ home pods/ Apple Watch available for almost every table.
Crowded as expected for new releases of the products.
The scenery is good and greenery everywhere.
Level 2 will have some pop up events and invited hosts for sharing. Engagement sessions such as basic concepts of coding for young kids.
Staff are aware about the product details. Was looking to get worldwide adapter, thought it is available for the iPhone. After clarification with the staff, it’s only for macbook.
It is a vibrant and prosperous street where you can find nearly all the famous brands you can think of. I encountered two super cute dogs there and took photo with them ?. With Christmas approaching, there is a carnival, making it suitable for taking children to enjoy.
Was at Apple Orchard because of an Apple Pencil tip bitten by a shiba. The crowd is unbelievable. Yet service by Apple is excellent despite me, an Apple first Gen user, being anti Apple products all these years. Must also salute the easy replacement of the Apple Pencil tip which definitely is more mother Earth friendly and wallet friendly too! Despite the crowd, the Apple staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Keep up the excellent work! ??
