in the last weeki visited their shop twice for their services. the 1st time was to retrieve data from my macbook which had broken down. comparing their prices to other shops that i have enquired from, their prices are considered to be very reasonable.the second time i went back was to repair my macbook. overall, the prices there are considered to be relatively reasonable. they are also very efficient in the repair and data retrieval:)
a month agoFirst off this place is sooo professional in their dealing, updates honesty and openness. Worked with Aman I think, very knowledgable guy… I honestly would have preferred a 100sgd discount on my overall bill but I’m OK with it overall since it’s their livelihood as well.4 months agoVery good and responsive replies by TRIT via messenger.I wanted to have my Logicboard repaired by them. In the end we replaced it as we live in another country.
However, TRIT was very responsive, and answered all my questions regarding repair time and cost.
8 months agoTRIT computer- Service nber-One! I had recently sent in a “LENOVA” personal lap top for repairing: 1. Screen flickering 2. Main body connecting cables to Screen (open / erratic contacts).Four years back when this (newly biught) lap top was past 1 mth waranty period, the Direct local agent (S’pore branch) was very reluctant to repair it, citing reasons like: 1. Screen need replacement- no spart parts 2. Connecting cables faulty- may need to change (again no stock).
How Lenova Direct Agent assist you: Ask you turn on your laptop and use (Lens Rescue) method to assess your computer. I offered to send down for their physical inspection, but LENOVA service guy said: ” not beccessary, my diagnostic via “Lens Rescue” can already!
Four yrs down the road, and, just last month (APRIL 2023), TRIT COMPUTER take in my repair job. Trit Computer service guys was able to assess and check fault on the spot,and quote their clients an (estimate) to replace connecting cable + Screen (pcb board) replacement- for mine case!
Bravo, these two (2) items were replaced in just less than 14days… The best of them is: 1. Friendly 2. Efficient 3. Reasonable pricing, tha’s’ a guarantee from me! 4. Able to source parts quickly, whereas that “lazy” LENOVA Direct Agent is irresponsible altitude! The LEBOVA Agent also ask me to buy a (new) set…

a month agoOne of Iconic building in Marina Bay Sands. Entrance is through B2 level at the mall. Really admire the architecture of the building which is very unique but some how classy and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful.2 months agoThe Apple store in Marina Bay Sands is the truly building architectural masterpiece. The store has two parts – one in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, one floating like an island, and they are linked together by a tunnel under water.The iconic part has uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic views of the whole Marina Bay Sands area. 2 months agoApple Marina Bay Sands is a magnificent store located at one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks. It offers a unique shopping experience with 360-degree panoramic views of the city skyline. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but I deducted one star because Apple’s environmental claims are hypocritical. They claim to be environmentally friendly, but they do not offer repairs for iPads and Apple Watches, even for minor issues. This is contrary to their public image.a month agoI’ve purchased from this Apple Store countless times. Every single time has been a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and a great location!Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

Most of the 5 star reviews are from employees working there. Call centre unresponsive, no one answers the phone, service quality is poor. Should focus more on their service quality instead of their endless promo time on TV, unskippable Youtube Ads & plastering their products everywhere. If people want to support your products, no need for all these.
Some service centre won’t even entertain your problems and also even if your product is under warranty, they will say it is expired without checking and charge you exorbitant prices for it.
Wife’s iphone 14 pro had a problem with the screen and its only a few months old. Went to QCD ITE and they initially did not have a replacement phone. Finally, we had to pay $10 to get an express service to repair the screen in 2 hours. Separately, I called Apple to see if they could provide replacement phone and support could not even pronounce “Orchard Road” properly. They could not help with my question either. What has Apple support become? Price of Apple products keep going up while the service and quality keeps going down. What have you done with Apple Tim Cook?
Worst service I had purchased an i10xs in the month of November2022, and there was restarting issue for that I had given the device for servicing at icare service centre in the month of june2022 they checked the device throughly and there was not even single scratch and everything was fine and expected the device and told that the device is under warranty it will sorted out within 5 days and send the device to apple repair centre later when I made several calls they send me a message that some foreign particle has entered inside the device and for that it is not covered under warranty, How can a particle enter inside the device without opening, for that they had given me a Singapore adress and contact them for further enquiry, this is problem after purchasing an apple product
could not believe the slander and the audacity APPLE PTE LTD SINGAPORE has charged by credit card without any authorisation. what kind of daylight robbery is this? their customer service offered a free AirPods due to their faulty MacBook, as a compensation. now, they’re saying that we took the AirPods without paying (??!!) why would I steal an AirPods from Apple? lodging a police report.
Ordered an iPhone for my husband from the Apple website and iPhone helped auto fill the details. However while the billing address was complete, the sending address did not have the unit number for some reason. There were issues with delivery and we called up Apple to let them know. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 dec… it is now 19 dec and we still have yet to receive the phone. I am working overseas which is why I needed to buy the phone online so that I could surprise my husband with the phone as a Christmas present and they have turned this entire experience into an unpleasant situation. Seriously? Where is the customer service? How difficult is it for them to realize that the sending address is incomplete and the full billing address is right in their face on the invoice? The 2 addresses are right beside each other on the invoice!
