Next, there is only total 4 staff in the kitchen and their speed is slow compare to KFC and MCD.Their skill still not manage to take the stress in peak hour. I don’t know is there a manager or supervisor or leader include in the 4 crew or not but if yes please have a briefing to your team to improve their speed of serving customer. But then please DO NOT CHIT CHAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER! ITS SEEMS LIKE THE TEAM NOT FULLY MAXIMIZE THEIR SPEED in their WORK!

4 months agoThe place is spacious but the hygiene is bad, all tables and chairs are dusty. Serving time was quick tho, but I think it’d be slow in the peak time because there’re only 2-3 staffs there. Food is ok.5 months agoVery neutral review, no special comment on the staff,they are quite attentive,everything ok just the queue up time a little bit longer and wait for collect also longer time only. Taste chicken burger ok, other no comment as no order.a year agoDamn Long time on queue!!! From 5.30 queue until 6.56pm! Almost 1.5hrs. Staff is not train proper. Not skillfully in using their KDS System! Just a set meal click also use 1minutes to find in the system and take order. I order for 6 person meal.
