4 months agoI went here today with my family. This shop is very clean, even the toilets are also clean. The staff there are also kind and friendly. They greeted us with a smile. For the food, I ordered chicken sandwich, fish sandwich, corny dog. Everything include the curly fries is very tasty but I kinda disliked the mash potato because of the sauce. The food was still hot and we really enjoyed the food. We also ordered a waffle with a single scoop of ice cream and it was very tasty!. The root beer also undeniably very good. You can get a free root beer for the first time you order through the app. You can pay using credit and debit cards and also online banking if you order using the application. This branch also offers drive thru service. Overall, the food, the service and the cleanliness of the shop are excellent!9 months agoMy recent visit was before Ramadan began and I would say, even after twice visits – the standard of this outlet is ??. The food that we ordered was good especially the waffles with ice cream, they are delicious that we even ordered two! The root beer was as usual – top notch taste with or without the ice cream, both of delish! Their burgers, onion rings and fries were nice too. Go and give them a try!a year agoWent there around 11am with my parents, half full, ordered their all time favourites rootbeer floats, taste still same, just the rootbeer not really cold, so the ice cream melts faster, but this maybe due to so many customers, they probably didn’t have enough time to be refrigerated.As for the food, everything was good and satisfying. The staffs are helpful and hardworking especially the cleaning part, the dining area are always clean and tidy although there’s so much customers.
Overall, I enjoyed my brunch there, thanks to their great food, while listening to my parents stories reminiscing their first time eating A&W at Batu Road outlet around the early 70’s and 80’s.
4 months agoall time favourite. clean place.. nice ambiance..10 months agoLonging for the legendary A&W since I was still a kid back in good ol’ 1995. The only A&W franchise available in the far north area especially in Alor Setar alone.Wow, my goodness, maybe you have to go to Penang to find an A&W outlet.
I had a coney beef, a hand battered fish, two chunks of fried chicken and a mouthwatering RB float. Man, the kick was still there, the taste sure took you back to our younger days.
Though my wife said the coney beef was so-so, then next time I will order their burgers. Hopefully, I will come again soon.

2 months agoSo long never having kfc at here loh. This places got alot of happy memories since I still very small 3-5 years old . My father being me come here having McDonald’s….! Now here already renovated and look more better then before already . Very love to having my tasty breakfast and drink coffee at here. ???????? I also taking many selfie pic at there too ??? Nice spot to hang out with buddies. 24 hours open. Very crowded during weekends. Parking is limited but available outside the compound. Sharing toilet is not convenient at all.
Be prepared to queue for a long drive thru if you come at peak hours as now people are avoiding eating in for safety reasons. You can still enjoy your food inside with SOP though. The staff are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my hot prosperity burger as I went there with few people inside. The new iced blended chocolate with oreo was also nice!

3 new self service kiosk. Can avoid some queue and easy to pay via QR payment/credit card.
Be prepared for long queue for drive thru especially during rainy day or dinner time.
