  Crew was nice, service time was ok since theres only one person doing all things infront, normal thing I guess for F&B but apparently I got served with old cooking oil chicken, the smell and the taste are unbearable, and I cant even eat it anymore, please filter the oil or change it to the new one, it effect the food quality ?

  When I drop order but I didn’t able to pay and not sure order was make or not, one staff Muhammad izham try to help out by request my phone number. Then he asked in staff group and make sure my order was cancelled. Then rider not able pick my food , he asked his staff to send me ASAP. What a good service from this branch, thank you so much??

  5 star 2023- the staff is super efficient and friendly. Food consistently yummy and place always very clean and tidy! Keep up the good job l! Honest review of latest visit ?

  1 star 2022- Consistent bad service for months now, before queing checked if they still had loaded potato bowl… Said yes they had queued in line… After slow service for just the two people in front of me has the cheek yo say oh actually dont have… Wth.. Seriously bad service.

  Last visit this place is last year. Got the most dry version of coleslaw I’ve ever got from KFC, mashed potato gravy also lesser than usual..

  One of the restaurants I Iike to dine in and relax nearby. Surprisingly the place is not too crowded, even during lunch time.

  The staff are friendly and helpful, always offer help to send food to my table while I am waiting at the counter. They also check quite often to keep the tables clean and tidy.

  With the reduction in prices of a couple of burger sets to appease the boycott of McDonald’s, THEY REDUCED THE size instead. Smaller chicken patty. Came at 10pm, was told they weren’t selling any chicken.

  What’s the use of the offers? Useless mcd. I wasn’t part of the boycott gang, but this incident made me join them, not because of some conflict, but the ridiculous price & measle portion of their food.

  Neat and tidy outlet. Quarter Pounder with Cheese burger no longer juicy and thick patty like they launch it last time. It is dry, small patty. Feeling like got cheated. I will zero star if Google map allow.

  So far, have improvment in term of service. pack of people on peak hours. Nice enviroment. BUT in the afteenoon, not really cool, maybe this outlet need to tinted their glass with V-cool. ?? just kidding.

  So-so experience. It didn’t feel as fun as what McDonald’s should be. Cleanliness was below expectation. Slow service. Fries was dry and hard…maybe it had been freid 1-2 hrs before that…. 2-3 stars..
