2 weeks agoGood cool, clean and quiet fast food outlet. Very well decorated & convenient located at town centre. Nearest KFC from Penang Sentral where 3 types of travel services is accessible. Bus, Ferry to Penang Island & KTM ETS/Kommuter trains.7 months agoTerrible staffs. Bought 3 pcs chicken take away. And only willing to give 6 packs of chilli sauce and kept saying a lot already. Wanted to ask them did they even own KFC? Should have brought a bottle to fill up the chilli sauce from the pump instead. So meaning only 2 tiny packs of chilli sauce for a chicken. ??♀️a year agoI think the staffs here are very nice. I forgot there’s this one lady which is very nice. She saw I was facing difficulties to carry drinks and other foods, so she helped me tied up the plastic and hook up at my hands. Amazing customer service.2 years agoEven more than 20 minutes for 9 pcs bucket.. I m still standing and waiting my KFC Chickena year agoVisited here last year. I have requested fried chicken type rib and thighs. The cashier very harsh. With high intonation said they cannot give, we must look at next customer, they will get wings and drumsticks later. Why we as customer has to think that?They aware customer request more on rib & thighs compare to wing and drumsticks. After all, KFC is getting same money for the set and not giving any discounts. This is the different between McDonald’s when we request part of fried chicken, we can get it. Change the way if you want to maintain the KFC’s brand.
I leave the branch and go to Bagan Ajam’s KFC. They agreed to give the requested parts rib & thighs.

4 months agoI ordered the new crispy chicken wrap. The picture advertise with hash brown but where’s my hash brown??? I ordered from drive thru reached home and open the wrap. I was thinking why was it so thin and realise there’s no hash brown at all…. A very nice place.. overall the chicken, is good.. its quite tender.. coleslaw and fries.. are quite okay.. but cant beat the kfc’s and mcd’s
But i really like their chicken porridge and honey butter biscuits, it taste good..
We can refill the cold drinks for free..
Last but not least, the prices are cheaper here than the kfc’s and mcd’s .. 🙂
Good place to have fast lunch and dinner. The table need to clean more frequent. I can see flies on the table. Customer should dispose food waste by thier own, but anyway the worker also let the waste on the table quite sometime vas what I saw. The good thing here we can refill drink unlimited just the choice of drink limited (at the time that I write this review, only one choice of drink).
Very Limited choices offered, they knew customers are seeking for fried chicken ori or spicy but never prepare but indirectly forcing customers to buy the Lada Chicken which were over prepared. Cleanliness so not up to mark..maybe headcount problem. Also they claim restaurant closes at 10pm due to technical problem.
Texas Chicken have never failed to amaze when it comes to the taste, but PLEASE don’t close/limit certain dining area 2-3 hours before for the sake of cleaning or ‘packing’ up early… Apart from the food, we also would like to enjoy the meal from our desired spot :-))
I just order from grab food. Thanks for the services and i really like it. Will repeat an order soon.
