a month agoWe ordered this chicken tenders with cheddar and pepper for rm17+ 4 pieces, regretted it so much because the picture doesn’t justify the outcome which was terrible in taste and the way they made it . Probably refried it ? It’s so hard and the cheddar flakes were just here and there sprinkled . Am I suppose to call this spicy cheddar black pepper tenders ? Pls rename it . It was that terrible and rm17 for this is super terrible . Even the Mexicans burger was terrible . The chicken was not fried even . Only our Mexicana wrap was good otherwise I regret spending for the tenders especially. Wasted 🙁a month agoThis review is on their service delivery – -Ordered chicken combo set but only got the chicken. Missing items of a large coleslaw and large fries plus honey butter biscuits- all part of the combo set. Texas chicken overcharged me by $20.99 for the missing items. Tried calling them multiple times to inform of missing items but no one picked up the phone. Also I booked delivery times of 1230-1300 hrs but only received my order at 1320hrs.Service is extremely poor. Not only was my order very late but items were missing and the shop is uncontactable. No one bothered to answer the phone at all. This is my first time ordering and it’s DEFINITELY my last.
10 months agoTexas chicken’s chicken skin always the best I don’t know why it makes me feel like eating biscuit, crunchy and smell so good. I myself love the honey biscuit too much because it has a slightly sweet taste and rich in butter flavour, very decent.?a year agoUpdate on 14/05/22 The terrible rating is not because of the food, but the hygiene and cleanliness of the place. A place awaiting food poisoning, or a slip and fall due to spillage not attended to.Welcome to a place where you have to clean the tables and seats on your own before dining.
The leftovers from previous diners were left there for more than an hour. Basins and toilet clog up, and overflowing. Floor filled with used tissues, resits, chicken bones and crisps.
How do they even maintain an A grade for cleanliness? Questionable..
a year agoI went this outlet for lunch…. Very disappointed… Surrounding was so dirty….. Just few costumers around but waited for so long….. After waited for long… I just receive cool food… My burger was quit hard and chicken and smash potato was minimum level… And also had something black in my burger…. Drink refill place was really terrible and smelly…. I think they did not clean that area for more that. 5-6 days…. Smells really bad… Not recommended to this outlet… Staff please improve your hygienic…. Place are dirty still their staff can sit and standing like stone ?

2 months agoThe latest Buldak is super salty, i can’t finish after a bite. The waitress is not friendly. The rooftop is leaking. The toilet is smelly and dirty.7 months agoThe branch manager is too rude, my father was requested for plain water they charge RM4 , I don’t see something like this at any other places. I myself ordered teh tarik they never provided to me as well.4 years agoIt’s difficult to find parking at this outlet. Efficient service, although it’s a two-storey outlet but there were several tables at the ground floor, it’s very convenient for old folks. The bathroom was too small, it barely fit for even one person. Cleanliness can be improved. I once saw rats running at the rubbish area. It’s so KFC.5 months agoI arrived at 9:50, but they told me to only accept take away, and didn’t tell me why, on google it shows the restaurant is open until 2 am, if they can’t accept customers to dine in, at least tell me why, no I apologize to the customer as well, and I hope you can inform me on google to dine in last 9:30 pm, so we can understand, thank you

Another good Mcdonald branch. This is located at the side of the main road Jalan KK. Had a birthday party here, the kids love it. Besides the fries and presents, and the playground, they would actually arrange a few games for the kids, like cup stacking, musical chair, and even burger making, so that they have the chance to learn to make their own mcchicken burger. Please keep up the maintenance and cleanliness, critical.
I’ve been here a few times and I must say the staffs here are superb friendly, kind and helpful with positive attitude. Although, this is one of the busiest outlet in Ipoh they have always served their customers with smile. Working in F&B sector can be stressful and hectic but they make the environment better by handling the situations better, A+ for that.
Located just before the entrance to the North-South Highway. It might be your last chance to grab a meal before your journey north or south begins. You can use their drive-thru for a quick pit stop, or if you decide to dine in, there is ample parking space available.
Order my dishes here, but my food was unsatisfactory.. The rice was so dry and the fried chicken too. Also the drink (ice milo) taste likely been mixed with other softdrinks. Hopefully this can be improved next time.
Service here is just about ok.
Pls double check your drive through orders, esp after 830pm onwards, due to the rush hour for dinner time.
The staff sometimes mess up your drive thru order or even forget to pack your full order, as paid for.
The atmosphere at the dine in area is relaxed, with free WiFi (limited to your dine in session only) ?
Other than the above, it’s a convenient place to hang out with family and friends.
