in the last weekI usually eat in Burger King West Mall branch. Absolutely recommended place to get your tummy full. Customer-friendly staff, quick service and of course clean atmosphere. The managers there are always so kind and present in case of any minor problems. RGM Joey and ARM Adam are the best!!!!a month agoFood was great and the staff was nice. The service was also extremely quick. You only have to wait a minute after ordering to have your food delivered. Honestly, I feel burger king is just a better version of mac donaldsa year agoI am very impressed at this Burger King Outlet. The outlet is appropriately located at level one, which is so convenient if you are feeling hungry and want a bite. Compared to other fast food companies, Burger King still has Flaming Hot deal meals for $5. Even after inflation and GST increased, the meal just didn’t include the cheesy fries anymore, but just the regular fries. Still, it is very impressive how they are able to maintain the price, certainly value for money. Food quality was excellent, too.– Cleaniless can however still be improved as the table were slightly dirty.
Overall a very good outlet with a good amount of seating areas, and ambience.
2 months agoSaw the uncle handing the fries not by holding the package but touching the fries, and then throwing the whole pack of fries onto the tray like pic below. Definitely not acceptable.8 months agoThe place is clean and pleasant to dine in. With sufficient self service order kiosks, the ordering process is fast and also the food got ready quickly too. The burger I got was still warm.The mushroom Swiss burger was nicely prepared, no missing patties . It was $7

a month agoThey dont follow instructions given over grab and not the first time it happened. I order no ice in my drink and it came with ice. Please stop ordering from here. The food taste quite bad as wella year agoAs a vegetarian I’ve very much limited Restaurants in Singapore. Craving for Burgers and Pizzas also gave me no luck since most of the outlets here have only preferences to Non vegetarian. But Subway is my only Saviour which has yummy varieties of Food for vegetarian! Forever Grateful ❤️10 months agoVisited Subway in March 2023,they have added wraps and new side Manchester. Jo served us with a smile. Well done Jo??Subway is located at the left side of the entrance of West Mall,which is just opposite Bukit Batok MRT Station .
There was a queue as dining in is not allowed currently so people were picking up sandwiches.
Not all types of breads are always made available at the West Mall outlet if I compare it with Yew Tee outlet.
Service is better at Yew Tee outlet. Staff is friendly and vegetables are added generously.
The boy who touched chicken breasts did not changed his gloves after pressing chicken in the sandwich. He used the same gloves for picking up my veggie patty. I shared my concern then the duty manager apologised. She kept on chatting with us while making the sandwich ?.
Service recovery to be made.
Service can be better at West Mall outlet.
Overall I feel that the amount of vegetables and overall service varies at various outlets which can be standardised for a better customer experience.
Rest was alright.
I like Subway sandwiches as it’s healthy ,non greasy and light.
2 years agoDid a pick up order via Foodpanda and ordered Turkey sub and received Tuna sandwich. Only found out that I received the wrong order once i reached home. had to call the outlet so MANNY times to get some explanation but they did nothing and only apologies n ask me to GO DOWN again to let them check the sub! (INSANE) as this is NOT the first time they had gotten my WRONG order, making me even more frustrated. The first time was just wrong dressing, I wanted chili flakes but received chili sauces. it was a small issues hence I didn’t care. However, this time round receiving a wrong sandwich is a BIG NONO!!! and looking at the amount of veg given make me even more frustrated, the amount given is so pathetic u can literally count the capsicums. The person whose creating the sandwich must be SLEEPING or working with their eyes CLOSED while preparing my order. This will be my LAST time purchasing from this outlet, even if this is the closest outlet to my house. Am truly disappointed. FYI, i do NOT leave bad review unless the shop is terrible.7 months agoYeah with friendly staff. $6.50 meal set. sandwich cookie and drink.

Tonight the payment system couldn’t scanned my iphone pay wave. ?
I bought 2 value meals. And i cannot request for curry sauce? Staff said that I did not order any meal that required curry sauce. She got angry and shake her head and rudely gave 1. As far as I know, as long as a customer buys any 1 meal they can request for 1 curry sauce. This is why i hate buying from this outlet. Bukit Batok central’s staffs are more friendly and helpful.
I think this might be the worst service you can ever get from any fast food chain.
The wait is long. No explanation given. The staff rather hide than apologizing. Rude reply from staff when asked.
Even it is busy, why not smile and explain to waiting customers. I am sure we deserve to know why we need to wait for half an hour while others could get their order in 5 minutes though they order much later.
Compared to Jurong East Avenue 1 Yuhua branch, this is far worse. Maybe the staff here can be sent there to learn how they treat elderly and customers.
Don’t come here unless you plan to train the quality of patience.
Ice cream machine occasionally is out of order. When it is functional, the ice creams are incredibly quick to melt than other branches, as if the machine is not cold enough.
Never sells seasonal ice cream flavours either.
Other food items and service are fine.
The restaurant is often overcrowded during dinner time and no one is controlling the crowd, service is very slow more than 30 mins to self collect orders by app.
Worst is no one manage the crowd leading to people who come LATER THAN YOU get to take their food first because whomever complain first get service.
