a month agoMy double fish burger meal and french fries tasted awesome. One part timer staff by the name of Jeffrey Cheong was very polite and friendly. He not only quick to clean up the tables for the new customers, but also greeting all the customers to enjoy their meal. It was so warm to when Jeffrey opening the door for all the customers and bid them good bye when they are leaving the place. Keep up the good work ?.7 months agoOrdered via Grab. Tried the salmon burger for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised! It wasnt all flour and there was good amount of salmon meat in the patty. Satisfied my cravings for salmon. Onion rings good as usual. Love burger king!This outlet is also very spacious and located beaide northpoint. Love that they close quite late too.
2 years agoFinally tried the BK Plant-based Whooper! $8.40 for this set is really worth it! The portion is as busy as the original Whopper and propoerly the best choice among the fast food restaurants based on its price, portion and taste.At first bite, I was surprised by its texture and fragrance. It taste so ‘beef’! But it was lack of the juiciness like the other premium mock beef such as impossible or beyond, but the pricing also reflects that. But it definitely tastes better than the usual mock ham, it was chunkier and stringier. And of course, it comes with the usual suspects for a burger, with ketchup, pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. If you want a plant based burger but and not looking for paying higher price for a premium experience, this is simply the best choice to go! And by the way, this is way better than the poor BK Veggie. Kudos BK!
a month agoVery very disappointed!! The size of the burger has shrunk tremendously !!! And the chicken patty was tough and chewy. Bought grilled chicken burger set !!! Burger king was my favourite fast food joint since young….hope Burger King makes changes if not you are going to loose customers….2 years agoTried plant based whopper burger meal $6.40 , topped up $0.20 more to change to hot tea. The cup has the lid tied to itself, it’s a good innovation! Liked it The burger taste like mock meat with heavy seasoning ?, got bbq sauce taste as well, texture is closed to ?. Not a bad substitute if you want help the earth.

a month agoStill maintaining their standards after so many years, absolutely delicious. The chicken comes out piping hot and crispy even when delivered! Both the skin and meat are thoroughly seasoned. A reliable, accessible mainstay for whenever one is craving some fried chicken (lots better than KFC, McCrispy, and what have you)! Love the fried buns too.2 weeks agoWe visited Yishun branch today (29/12/23). The last order as per notice at the premises is 9:45pm (see attached photo taken). But we travelled all the way from Woodlands to dine in. We were refused to dine in even though we wanted to order at 9:25 pm.Even after explaining that our kids will be disappointed, we have already parked our car, the staff refused to consider dining in. She (see photo of the staff) insisted that we can only order for take away.
This is not the service we expect from a reputed restaurant. I must also mention that this is the first time we encountered this issue. We have visited this outlet at least 10 times before.
Hope the staff can be more friendly and follow the commitment by the restaurant rather than wanting to go home early.
6 months agoMy date and I shared one spring chicken, the potato platter and onion rings. Too much to finish for small eaters but filling for us. It was a good meal.Potato platter came with normal fries, waffle fries and chips. Spring chicken was cut by half without the need to be asked, fries and coleslaw. I had a mugs root beer to go along. $37 for a 2pax dinner, reasonably priced given the current inflation climate.
Restaurant is big and spacious. Not many patrons when we reach at 5+pm on a fri afternoon. Tables are kept clean. Ordering is pretty organised. You are expected to fetch your order when it is ready (notified via Q nbr). Menu is simple and straight fwd, since there is a limited choices.
Arnolds truly specialises in chicken and has done its specialisation v well.
7 months agoLove the crispy chicken and hot buns! The cheesy sticks are amazing too! Service was fast and the restaurant was generally clean and spacious so you can choose wherever you want to sit. There’s also a small basin for you to wash your hands after eating. Remember to return your tray once you’re done.11 months agoTheir fried chicken is very tasty. However, as a fast food type of food place, there are many areas to be improved. Price is on the expensive size. There was no large menu on the backboard, only a small one in front of the queue. The menu is not very clear also. Most people, including me, took a long time at the counter to order. Their menu also seems to have shrunk. I thought they have rice or burgers but seems like the only thing that is not frozen finger food is fried chicken

I did a take out and was also there as a delivery rider.
Cannot imagine how regular delivery riders feel about this. Orders stacked and no one at the counter. I waited a good 50 mins for my order. The manager , Atira, who was there was rude also. Did pick up order for myself, was faster than delivery order.
Usually the flow here is fast for deliveries, the manager today was just full of attitude and walked slow with no sense of urgency. Please don’t give the excuse that it was busy. Even if you are, a headsup to the riders will be good. We are all just trying to make a living right?
ordered from grab food , breakfast wrap set with mocha frappe , and theres barely chocolate drizzled on it ? and u called that mocha frappe ? seriously , u dont just ching chai the order just because its from online order you know . really disappointed with the order . wont order from this outlet anymore
Parking is Expensive.
Turning point at the exit barrier should be rebuilt It’s very narrow and too many accidents because of poor planning of the exit barrier by the building owner or the parking contractor. It is no brainer to build a practical exit.
I think parking is an outsourced parking company and they don’t care as long as they make money and pay commission to the building owner.
Please consider proper planning and exit planning for the building exit. Too many issues with barrier EPS always delay and block the cars. It’s time to update.
Remote MacDonald with drive-through serving neighbourhood well for a few decades.
The staff are professional. Witnessed a staff dash out of MacDonald and even blend over the barrier gate out of on road, almost reaching open road to catch the leaving vehicle and to pass the diver uncollected order.
My usual go-to Mac as its much more nearer to my house. ☺️
Food served hot and service was good as well. Just that sometimes i think its a little small and might get really really crowded on weekends night..
Looking forward to see them upgrade this macdonald in the future ?
