a month agoVery slow service, I can see the workers are q old also. There needs to be more young staff to pick up the pace.Took then half an hour to start packing my order. They were too busy preparing the food delivery orders.
Seems like I only got 2 tenders and the rest is some popcorn chicken?! Much of the chicken was also hardly crispy.
I will never forget this. Pace of service and taste fell off when I last visited the place a few years ago.
3 months agoThe standard of hygiene here seems to just keeps falling.. I used to frequent this outlet despite there being flies and stuff around because the trash is full and not cleared often. The water tap’s pressure is too high that it causes water to spill out of the basin when ever someone presses on the tap.Food quality however, varies from time to time. At times it is just nice. At times.. it is an oily over fried mess. This particular visit, I found hair..
Of course I hope they take their hygiene more seriously. And I hope my next visit will be more desirable.
a month agoI had a terrible experience with Texas Chicken. First, the food arrived late, and when it finally came, it was cold. On top of that, my order was missing items. I tried to call the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. This level of service is completely unacceptable. My order number is csq10771a week agoI’m extremely disappointed with my very first order from this company. The service was exceptionally poor, unmatched by any other. Despite paying in advance through the app hours before delivery, the order never arrived. Even more disappointing, there was no response from anyone at the Century Square outlet despite my repeated calls throughout the night.6 months agoSoy Garlic Rice bowl – doesnt have any taste of garlic! Only one piece of tender I guess, cut into few pieces. Call it deep rice bowl, because rice was so deep only had few spoonfuls. Not worth it. Coleslaw – this one was good! Sjora – same nothing special Biscuit – Too salty, and the inside too soft and don’t feel like eating a biscuit, change name to salted bun instead. ?

8 months agoCame here had a good breakfast before work. As still early so it’s not so crowded.The location is great as its right at the entrance of the mall. The service crew is a elderly guy, just dropped the plate with food and left. I was hopping he could say: Good morning and enjoy your meal ?
Anyway the place , the tables , chairs are cleaned and arranged neatly welcoming the customers.

However, if you visit at peak hours / during a promotion run, do be prepared for a long wait. Have waited for close to 30mins once. Otherwise, food is usually delivered to your table fast.

Got the double mushroom Swiss beef burger (think it’s good enough, no need to get the Angus beef one cos there’s close to no difference) and it was alright, mushrooms with the sauce was pretty good. The cheese fries, they were generous with the sauce which made me happy when I first opened it…but there was a weird chemical taste (not sure if it’s the fries or cheese) when I started tucking into it.
Bought 2 double mushroom swiss burger on the 6/8/23 around 11.30pm. Sad to to say the food quality is terrible, bun was not even toasted or make warm/hot. I was given god damm burger that felt like was left out for a long time. Same goes to the burger patties as well as the mushrooms inside.
Come on lah customer paid for it at least do your basic job well la if your service staff is just talking around. Check the quality before you serve or at least make sure ur food is warm not freaking cold and serve old and dry patties that have been on the god damm kitchen for so long.
Freaking disappointed with it. Worst experience from this outlet. To the indian lady and the kitchen male staff this day, I hope you can respect your job when one is getting paid. You represent the outlet, jolly well showcase the best or at least the proper food standard.
Two times already met these aunties for service the food, they are very friendly and made me laugh. Indeed made my day specially in the hot weather. Order for take out, quite fast, taste was good my kids said. And I prefer order straight to counter. Keep up good work!

went for breakfast, lots of tables available for dine-in. ordered my favorite platter. service was relatively fast. the food while i cant say was served cold, but can definitely be hotter. not sure if it is me, but taste seemed a tad different, having eaten at BK for the longest time.
