11 months agoAlways short handed at this particular outlet. Esepcially more during peak with online orders.Be prepared to wait. Nice to note that they have not yet gotten any orders wrong for me for a long time now. So yea.
*New garlic burger is garlicky and i love it!
3 years agoI hate it when I get served food that are lukewarm.This whopper is barely above room temperature. Onion rings were OK. Still a limp, near soggy mess but at least they felt warmer than my body temperature.
I asked for an exchange of the burger, and I got it in like 13 seconds. Same pathetic result.
I walked off. Money wasted. No more Burger King for me.
5 months agoNice cosy place for burgers!6 months agoOrdered Food delivery from Burger King Jurong Point, what a disgrace. 1) Wrong Burger – Ordered Chicken, Received Beef 2) Missing Fries 3) Drinks were 3/4 filled6 months ago20230715 – First 1 weeks of reopening, the food was great. Whopper was great. Had it twice. Went to get my Whopper again today and turns out real soggy and dripping with no “greens” in sights except some yellowish lettuce. Hate dripping wet soggy burgers. Well it was good while it lasts. Will not be visiting again though.

11 months agoWell.. KFC. What is there to review?Breakfast for Late-comers: They ofter breakfast same as McDonald’s (just beside this stall), however they open 30 minutes later than McDo. Perhaps, management should look into it. At least, try to compete and not just accept that the other is better than this resto and that the instinct of people will choose McDo over them. Of-course they’ll choose McDonald’s if your store is still closed.
Food: You have a great chicken. My dad’s favorite.
8 months agoOverall experience was pleasant. The chicken were really good. I’m definitely going to have it again before the limited period menu is gone ?.The dining area hygiene and cleanliness can be improved. Tables and chair were very dirty and greasy. This is not the 1st time seeing greasy tables and chairs at this outlet. Even the floor need some cleaning too. Food debris and spills ?.
When choose to dine at this outlet, gotta identify which is a less dirty table & area before take out pre-prep wet & dry tissue and be service crew to clean the table & chairs before be seated.
I went during off peak 1440hrs. There were no crowd. My last 2 visit were also during off peak btwn 3 to 5pm. Same hygiene and cleanliness issue.
The reason I’m there again is becos somehow this outlet the chicken taste much better than Bishan and Toa Payoh and its a bigger outlet, like the dining area space better. Just gotta think positive that the staff busy prep nice food and neglected dining area cleanliness.
I’m kinda surprise during off peak, the coleslaw serve were dried and with bad after taste. The supervisor/ manager at the counter was quick to react when I brought the coleslaw to feedback. She immediately check on the others in their service chiller, seems the same issue. She went to the back and bring out a whole tray and pass me a fresh one. Guess either the team at this outlet didnt implement FIFO system properly or their storage chiller need servicing to ensure correct temperature. Wondering what were the other customer eating during lunch peak ???.
I enjoyed the meal very much and felt happy the manager gets food issue quickly. Will I be back, yes if I’m at JP again.
2 weeks agoJurong point no have eggs tart very funny the manager said no have sell eggs tart, kfc staff give me chili sauce 2a year agoTakeaway 1 for 1 zinger burger promotion at $6.50. The queue is quite long and waited around half an hour for self collection. The burger taste is still so good and tasty. Looking forward for more KFC promotion.7 months agoTerrible experience.. i order 2 chicken at 12.50 but the chicken part is too small for that amount of prices..KFC u need to do better.. the chicken is half of the box space sia

All rubbish bins are full, unattended. Informed staff, but no action taken. The cleanliness of store was below expectation. Seems like there were enough staff n 2- 3 managers on duty during that time of period with little crowd.
Lousy. Chicken salad for $6.15..
but may I ask, where is the chicken?
(no it’s not inside – the whole salad with plastic box is 146g only).
Does anyone check what you are giving customers in paper bags? Or do I have unwrap and to open every single item?
electronic queue display is out of order and customers have to break ears trying to catch up what numbers staff is mumbling through the masks… the worst staff, the worst experience.
Did not realized that the nuggets is spicy, request to change the nuggets to non spicy for my 3 year old son and was rejected. Disappointing
service wasnt good. too many untrained personnel who are not forcusing on their job. compare to the park near Jurong point. this one is inefficient. a complaint made month back then receive a call to redeem back my pathetic pack of fries. all craving already long lost.
Went to this outlet today, ordered at 2:50am, ordered sharing box, quarter pounder and mcspicy meal. Both upsized with crisscut fries. Only recieved my meal at 330am even though there is no other orders at that timing as the staff were busy “cleaning”. The staff even left out one of my crisscut fries and i had to go and remind the staff. Mixed up my large original coke and gave me coke zero instead. i even had to go collect it myself even though i opt for table service. Unacceptable service, worst macdonald experience i’ve had. Will not visit this outlet again.
