a year agoMy preferred family clinic for many years. Dr Lee is one of the best doctors in town. She is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in her explanations. The treatment plan given by her is very effective. I’ve always been more than happy with her service. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. The Doctor and the staffs are very helpful, friendly and patient. Dr was very patient and quite detail to share knowledge and information to respond to all my questions. They provided really good service. The way they treat my child also very patient, my son said he will definitely wish to go there again❤️ The charges are reasonable and definitely worth the value. Highly recommend clinic, it will be definitely my future visit clinic.11 months agoThis is my go-to clinic for my family ever since moving in to United Point, Kepong. I always bring my daughters and my mother-in-law to see Dr Ee (tall, young doctor). He is the type of doctor who is straight to the point, no nonsense, no frills, no BS kind of doctor. Because of this, my mother’s HbA1C (3 months average sugar levels) and BP improved significantly. As my mother is a very stubborn type of patient, Dr Ee’s strict persona definitely helped for the better! For me, a strict but caring doctor is way better than a doctor who has too many fake, unnecessary small talks but doesn’t get the job done!a year agoUsed to visit here as my permanent clinic. But now there’s a particular male doctor i don’t know he is in period or i own his money, his TEMPER is extremely ‘spot on’. What a guy.

a month agoFeeling below the weather. Came for consultation. Not crowded. Including myself, 3 patients. Then 2 more came by. The doctor was ok. Attended me with care. What needed to buckle up are…❌ Couldn’t find my account on Health Connect. Need to pay cash or card. No problem. ❌ After consultation, I was prescribed antibiotic and wasn’t given until I asked. Told me there will be extra charges if I add antibiotic. I wasn’t even bargaining for discount ? ❌ Bank transfer the payment, was asked to send my receipt via WhatsApp to anumber. The numb is invalid. I asked the nurse to just snap a picture. She scared the payment wasn’t wired. I showed her the green tick and I don’t mind waiting for them to check if the payment is through. After seconds of considerations, they said no need. Anyhow, you have my contact, address and ID. ❌ about to exit, my invoice and mc aren’t there. Again, need to request.
Saw their motto on their uniform, “being human, being different”,human made mistakes. Hope you can buckle up and be better.
5 months agoVery clean and neat environment, nice doctors as they will give a lots of explanations when u come for a diagnosis. Went few times here already. As it open 24 hours, it is very convenient also?6 months agoThe services that I receive from Klinik Dr.Prevents Segambut are excellent. I’ve visited this clinic a few times before and met different Doctors. Me and my 1-year-old daughter visited during the weekend recently. The doctor did a great job with my daughter’s health exam and follow-up appointment too. He explained everything we wanted to know in detail and in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great; they were all helpful, patient, and cared for the patient with outstanding quality medical care.3 months agoMy first visit here, brought my son. Registration was quick, greeted by a very friendly staff. We were treated by Dr Arrvindh, he was so patient with my son. Took the time to engage with my 8 year old and hear my son’s complaints, he paid heed and made sure to make my son feel comfortable. He took the time to explain my son’s condition and gave the appropriate treatment. Dr Arrvindh is a good doctor, so patient and very knowledgeable. Excellent service given.2 weeks agoReasonable price, friendly doctors and staffs. This is the best clinic ( with good service, best treatment and excellent attitude). Highly recommended

Highly recommended ! Visited few weeks ago to my PCR test . Booked a drive thru appointment via WhatsApp and the process was so quick and easy . The doctor and nurses followed the sop well and made the entire swab test easier for us . Within less than 48 hours received our result via WhatsApp as well . Totally hassle free and the price is affordable as well.
Highly recommended! Exellent service provided by the Poliklinik Sinar team.Last two weeks, I did my PCR test ( drive thru only)at their clinic. It was so hassle free and affordable. Appointment can be book via whatapps, payment via online and the process was very quick and easy. I received my results report via whatapps in less than 19 hrs.Amazing ?It was really fast and efficient service that they had provide to the customer. Customer services staff also friendly.??
I think the doctor should not hide behind the wall and come out to tell a patient if the rules don’t allow consultation. By having a minor sore throat..which was not the main reason for my visit..I was declined. Furthermore I have done a home test prior to visit( negative) and I don’t hv fever, flu and etc. Front desk reception was also not friendly, no empathy. Don’t register me if you feel I will be decline. Wasted time for registration despite knowing the info earlier.
Clinic is good. The Doctor is good and price is reasonable.
Only thing i noticed is, few patients are coming in to the clinic without mask. Their staff just ignored. The Management and the Front Desk have to be sensitive to this matter – no mask no entry to their patients. We are not a Covid free country yet.
I’ll keep this simple. Poliklinik Sinar became my regular spot for check up lately. Professional Doctor, friendly staff and you might get a chance to meet the owner. Very helpful and service oriented people with a reasonable fee.
