2 years agoExcellent service and professional. All the staff’s in very friendly including Dr. Henry R Ponniah. Anyone who wants to create or renew Petronas Medical please come here. The service will not disappoint you.5 months agoHad to wait more than 5 hours for a simple medical checkup (blood test, urine test, bp). Just wow. Very ‘excellent’ & ‘fast’ service. Not sure if this is a private clinic or what. They don’t even deserve 1 star to be honest. What a disappointment.2 years agoOffshore medical check up *here* will require you to be NAKED, regardless of reasonable reason. The Dr said to check for “buasir” and “state of your kemaluan”, boy, there are a lot of alternative methodology to check on these. So if your concern is not to be naked, PLEASE GO TO TTMC (PETRONAS TWIN TOWER MEDICAL CENTRE). No need to be naked unless you are under suspicion (which is a rare case). Furthermore, the result will comes up very late (more than 3 days). So not really recommended clinic UNLESS you are DESPERATE. Also, the price of offshore medical exam here is RM400.5 months agotoo long of waiting time for a simple medical checkup. pls improve on the waiting time. thanks.4 years agoMedical check up takes more than 3 hours. Not sure why they even have a clinic so understaffed and small. Very bad experience here, please stay away if you valur your time.

Highly recommend… The staff are friendly and the doctor also very professional .. i never been so comfortable inside a clinic.. but since they are very kind and sweet i made myself comfortable.. even they are good with children.. and affordable price for a private clinic ..????? but I think you need to make an appointment before go..
7 months agoFriendly and helpful staff but the male doctor however made me regret my decision to take my son for Circumcision there. Instead of helping to calm my son, he yelled at him for crying. We had to go through the procedure as my son was already on the first anesthesia jab. Circumcision are mostly for kids, doctors should be trained and have compassion for them. If doctors doesn’t know how to handle kids, best to find a different career choice that he’s good at. It was traumatizing for my son though I’ve already convinced him and prepared him for two months before the procedure. If i could turn back time i wouldve walked out. The circumcision procedure is tough for them. I gave 4 stars because they made me take a day off to bring my son there utk sunat when I clearly explained his condition on the phone. Btw the staff are very friendly and helpful.?a year ago1st time when i was visited this clinic, i was happy with this clinic services. I ask the doctor if my condition (ear ringing) does not get any better, what should i do, and the doctor said need to visit here again. So the 2nd time i visited this clinic, and i told the doctor my ear ringing problem still not improve, the doctor told me to go to the specialist hospital, and the doctor gave me a letter to give to the specialist hospital. I was like “duh” why the doctor does not telling me from the earlier if my condition does not get any better, just go to the specialist instead visited to this clinic again. The doctor checked my right ear and… that’s it. Does not gave any treatment, does not gave any medicine, and i paid rm 70 for that. I felt like i was being ripped off. Wasting my time, wasting my money

This is gonna be my clinic to go! Doctor very kind n friendly n the staff too.. At first I went to other clinic bcoz of my lips issue.. But then the doctor misdiagnosed me n giving me meds which it doesn’t even work for me. Thank god i’ve found doctor Elizabeth ☺️ n i am healed now..

The best clinic that I have ever visit and go, truly! Dr. Elizabeth helped alot like make me calm during me receiving the Anesthetic injection cause I have to stiched my wound. And I was crying alot but she did understand it was my first time. The staff also a very kind and the service is good. Thank you Klinik Malaysia!
