4 months agoThank you doctor for treating me well and professionally. The doctor also treated my mother’s ears perfectly. we have visited many clinics thinking that my mother’s ears are itchy because they are dirty. all the clinics we went to said so but it was not cured. after coming to Uni Klinik Cyberjaya, we just found out it was due to skin allergies. We are very grateful to Dr. Asma and the clinic team. we are confident with the doctor and will definitely come back again.4 months agoBest clinic in Cyberjaya. Friendly doctors and staffs. Easy to talk to and share our illness with the doctors and in return, we got many knowledgeable health advices on the cure and preventive measures for future references.4 months agoInitially I came here because I wanted an alternative to the other clinics that I go to within Cyberjaya. And this was before COVID-19 time. For someone who is sick for the entire of her life, I kinda have high expectations on the drs. Dr Asma has met that expectation which has led me to come here again and again until now. I’m shocked with some of the distasteful reviews here which is a total opposite of my own experience. Once she understands my key illnesses, which is asthma and migraine among the few, she will always ensure to take my pressure, check my lungs etc. I think is also a patient’s responsibility to get the doctor up to speed with your situation if you want the dr to give u the appropriate treatment. Dr. Asma and her team is very friendly and accommodating which make us the patients feel less miserable. Keep it up!4 months agoThe best clinic so far. Staff and doctors are friendly, not even for general but also as paediatrician. Very recommended, no doubt.4 months agoYes, this is the best clinic so far in cyberjaya. Its like KKIA (Klinik Kesihatan Ibu dan Anak) because have similar services such as jaundices, anti-natal etc. No need to queue at Klinik Kesihatan Kerajaan again. And the price is affordable. Really worth it.

4 months agoPleasant ambiance, high ceilings. Pleasure talking to the receptionists and doctor. Made me half healed when I went in. Waiting time is average. You can expect between 5-15 minutes per non critical patient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the area, so if ever the queue is long you could plan something in the meantime.However I did see a couple of spiderwebs high above. I’d suggest the cleaning team to vacuum those maybe once every half a year.

Very clean and modern interiors with friendly front counter staff. They have xray service available for public and panel companies. Fee schedule is also displayed for references.3 months agoNice ambience. Got play area for kids. Receptionist was friendly. The Dr is so nice and knowledgeable. The explanation is very good. Price is affordable.7 months agoWas able to make appointment at website. Google business hours said open. Tried calling to confirm booking but no answer. When arrive on the day, clinic is actually closed. At least have the decency to update at your social media or website or even here at google said business hours just updated 7days ago. Such a waste of my time!

Come here yesterday bcoz my kid have fever. Very comfy place & it open include holiday (labor day). Price? Umm mybe reasonable. My kid was gived some gas, vitamin & some medicine. Cost me around rm155. If doc offer to give vitamin, u can tell to exclude that. Overall the doc very concern & explain ur child condition.
I visited for the good reviews they had, turned out to be a disappointing one.
Reached the clinic, and it was closed for “covid sanitisation” , even though there wasn’t any form of cleaning happening. One receptionist was sitting.
Eventually went in after they opened, registered and waited for 40mins. Doctor was not there, no updates or apologies from the assistants who were present there.
They called after I left and mentioned doctor has reached, I told I have left.
If you’re visiting this clinic for urgent care, might as well skip it as the time they have provided is not followed and they don’t provide any updates while you’re there.
Definitely some must have had good experiences here, then please drop them a call and confirm the time doctor will reach, based on my experience WALK-IN’s are not recommended at all.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was also very impressed with the doctor. I would not hesitate to return if needed and would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.
I dont understand why certain people leaving reviews without actually getting treated and attended by the doctors and nurses in this clinic. Ive went to this clinic for light-headedness a week ago, the doctor and staffs that attended me were very attentive and caring about my current health. Even when i vomited they were still beside me handling me in that situation with lots of care without hesitation. During registration itself the nurses alerted doctor immediately and attended me asap. Im so very grateful for that. I would definitely come again if needed and highly recommend this clinic to my friends and family. (Shoutout to Dr Hemma for explaining every details during consultation. Worth my consultation fee, and thank you staffs for explaining each and every medications cleary and never hesitate to clarify with doctors if i ever have questions regarding the meds.)
I have been to this clinic for few times. The staffs were friendly. Dr. Hemma and the staffs took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and provide clear explanations about my diagnosis and treatment options. The doctor also demonstrated genuine compassion and empathy, which helped alleviate my anxiety. They always made sure I felt comfortable and supported, which made a significant difference in my overall experience. Thank you for your kind and excellent services.
