3 weeks agoClinic Anda, please review yr covid test kits accuracy. I was self-tested positive and yet your test kits showed negative. I tested again at night. It’s two lines.4 months agoFirst time in KL, feel very comfortable and well cared compared to my country! Very good Dr. , I highly recommend as a foreigner speaking in Malaysia. Called the clinic regarding the medication at 3am and they still answered my call and gave me clear explanation. Well done ??6 months agoThe nurse are friendly, not like some of the review stated they are rude or bad service. I went there night time 10.30pm for my son having fever, sore throat n cough. The Doc is a malay attended us, very friendly, specific in explanation, sincere, heart of doc especially when he was taking blood test for my son. Price are reasonable. And is a 24 hours clinic!6 months agoDoctors are friendly and nurses are a bit somehow cold facial expression. Myself and family turns to this 24 hrs clinic due to super convenient. Today is my unlucky day, still waiting for the consultation after 50 mins. Not sure if there’s lack of staff but I do hope you can improve this in near future

a week agoI have been going to this clinic since my school days in 1995. Dr. Joseph stands out as an exceptionally kind and skilled neighborhood GP, offering affordable healthcare services. For instance, my recent visit for a severe throat infection, which also caused a cough, fever and nose block, cost only RM70. This included a comprehensive set of medications like lozenges, anti-inflammatory drugs, cough syrup, nose drops, antibiotics, antihistamines, and paracetamol.I vividly recall an instance where Dr. Joseph swiftly identified my symptoms as dengue fever and urgently advised my mother to take me to a hospital. It’s rare to find a GP with such accurate diagnostic skills.
Moreover, Dr. Joseph is remarkably detail-oriented, consistently remembering my allergies and ensuring safe medication prescriptions.

Mostly recommended.2 months agoThink twice coming to this klinik for medical help as the staff there (not sure if qualify) chasing away patient …. they can spend time to scroll phone get message to argue with patient then to help speed up the process… they have forgotten whay patient walking in a klinik .they probaly has the idea patient walking in asking for charity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!4 months agoOne of the worst clinic I ever experience. They will give you tons of medicine even you just had a sore throat. Compulsory fever , flu, antibiotic and even unnecessary medicine to gain the clinic receipt. Kudos to DR.Joseph

Doctor well explain in a layman word. The environment is comfortable. Queuing number is not too slow and quite fast. Front desk staff are friendly
Doctor and dispenser is good and friendly/attentive. Just now enquiry details of billing,the receiptionist’s attitude is not really in friendly manner and informed this is what your company covering ( medical fees), so of course you need to pay the rest (in a sarcastic tone) which i feel quite offended. Of course I know the coverage before I visiting, i dont mind to pay extra ouf of the coverage, but please explain patiently if patient ask more about the billing which is the right of patient. I have been visiting this clinic for years even my family used to come here as well, but this round of visit makes me feel quite disappointed and probably this wont be first choice of clinic that I will come again.
