6 months agoDoctors and staff of Mentari Clinic are the best people that I have ever met. They are caring and helpful. They tried their best to help their patients, to fulfill their needs. They listen to their patients problems patiently and give advice with care and concerns. The charges are affordable. The staffs are really friendly and polite. The clinic is neat and clean. Definitely recommended.❤️❤️a year agoService was fast and staff were attentive. The clinic was clean and neat too. Dr Yeong was so kind in taking his time to examine and explain in detail. Price for the medication and consultation was reasonable. Definitely a recommended clinic.2 months agoAdvocate clinic for patients, The services that I receive from mentari clinic is excellent. Dr. Mugilan and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.4 months agoThis used to be my main clinic for any treatment or medications. i used to love it, there are 2 male doctors and they are so respectful and they gave good consultation and treatment, really love it. But today i am very dissapointed with that one female doctor which i’ve never met before. with her sarcastic personality and she seems to like belittling patient, i know that i dont know much regarding medical stuff, so its your job to kindly consult me in a good manners. Not consulting while laughing to patient that doesn’t know about medical, thats really not professional way. When im asking her for dry skin medication, all she said “no need, just use normal lotion at home”. Really? if it worked i wouldn’t be asking for medication. I guess today is the last day i went to this clinic. DISSAPOINTED.2 weeks agoVery good service and great behaviour especially the receptionist. The doctor was very friendly.

Details explanation on how to take medicine ? from staff.3 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a wonderful experience at Klinik Putra Simpang Ampat. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease.The clinic itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the care I was about to receive.
Dr. Sharifah is a true expert in their field. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and answered all my questions with patience. I never felt rushed during the appointment, which was greatly appreciated.
The nursing and support staff were equally impressive, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Klinik Putra. They provide top-notch medical care with a personal touch. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent healthcare.

Waited for the service for morethan 30 minutes and receptionist was not friendly and yet I had to take nebulizer treatment outside of the clinic without any monitoring. I can’t understand what procedure is that. And payment took way too long because of lack of wifi connection and I never had this kind of emergency service experience even at midnight
First time going there & the registration process was very quick and the clinic is also very clean. Parking was not at issue.
Went there for my URTI & Tonsillitis problem and was well consulted by Dr Naga. Very patient in trying to understand my symptoms and detailed in his explanation.
Very satisfied with their service & will definitely go there again.
