3 weeks agoToday at 10:30 my mother and i went to this clinic and my mother didn’t bring her phone the doctor asked for proof of covid test yet how are we gonna show right? The problem is yesterday night we already did the covid test and it came out negative he still didn’t care and asked us to go back home and take the covid test again with proof this time my mother started arguing with him and he also argued back he didn’t even give her the right medication. Great sharing from you.a month agoDoctor is fine, but the overall experience is strange, they ask us to make review ok google maps first before giving us the meds, and patient that gave 5 stars will be marked on their file.Medicine that they gave was not suitable and did not even fix my issue.
Not recommended.

7 months agoDoctor n staff knowledgeable… short waiting time bcoz not mny patientsa month agoWent on a Saturday afternoon, no queue. Had my ear wax stuck problem fixed and antibiotics for ear infection as well. Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist Haziq. Doctor Ezzatul carefully diagnosed the situation and eventually removed the earwax by irrigation. Able to request doctor’s memo for company claims. Definitely recommended!a month agoThanks Dr Muruga and Haziq for taking good care of me. I was visiting the country and fell ill with a terrible sore throat midway of the trip. I went online and found this local clinic nearby. So glad I gave it a try. The doctor and the receptionist at this place were were super professional and friendly. They explained everything well and logically to me and made me feel at ease. After taking the med prescribed by Dr Muruga I recovered fully after a day or 2. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is a rare find in JB!a month agoReceptionist Kak Su and doctor has been very helpful especially when I’m going through so much pain which effected my mental health. I went there today due to my son got fever.. few minutes after registration, the lady with no smile took his weight and ask “sakit apa” even I already told her that he got fever.. duhhhhh ??!!!
Then she asked me is this him (by showing the medical card name Harith Haziq!)
So I told her NO that is not him..
Then we waited outside thought that she would call us to see the doctor. Instead she call another patient that came after us.. Then we waited again, it’s still the same.. she call another patient!!! I got so piss off and I got up went to the counter asked them to return the medical card.. Then I left the clinic and I swear that I will never ever go there again!!!!! I went to clinic Lee & Surgeri.. here the service was excellent ??
I have skin allergy problem (atopic dermatitis)
. Doctor Koo solve it by giving me an antibiotic cream instead of strong steroid. Changing fee is normal RM50 compare to those skin specialist who will simply cost you around RM300+ per visit.
2nd time did my Covid-19 test for work (1st for PCR, 2nd for rtk-Ag). Very easy procedure starting from registration to payment and test itself. Recommended!
My fav clinic whenever my child is sick. Doc was very friendly & nice. They even explain in details whatever u want to know & also really good attending kids. The medicine also make my child really quick recovery. Tqvm =)
The nurse is very not professional, came to the clinic around 5.20pm because my 5 months old baby is having fever. The nurse say they are preparing to close at 6pm. Ask us come back again tomorrow morning.
How can they tell baby with fever to wait overnight?!
