Finally had to come back here and realised there’s a new Dr liew who is way much nicer.
The staff was.. Pretty engrossed in finishing up whatever she was doin while I literally stood in front of her at the counter but at least she was polite when she finally decided to acknowledge me.

4 months agoBeen avoiding this clinic due to the previous doctor as well as the staff being pretty rude.Finally had to come back here and realised there’s a new Dr liew who is way much nicer.

3 months agoWent to the nearest clinic as I was giddy. Like what other reviewers said, the doctor is okay. But the nurse in scrubs, her attitude is terrible and even threw the medicine on the table. Won’t go back again even if I am giddy. Rather travel to waterway than receiving such attitude when already not feeling well.3 months agoBrought my mum reached clinic 11.20am but staff say doc cannot take in any more patient and yet the clinic is not full with patient ,the clinic closed at 12.45pm !!!!! The staff are damm rude Took half day leave and yet can’t see the doc WTH…10 months agoTrust the bad reviews here. The doctor (Dr Liew I believe) was fine, the staff (both were at the counter) were incredibly rude (especially the one in scrubs) , so much so that I am still at the clinic and writing this review. Brought my mum to see the doctor for covid. She was feeling faint and I had to support her for mobility, the staff rudely ushered her to walk around the building to the back of the clinic. I understand protocol and the need to conduct the swab test at the back of the clinic for isolation purposes, but was it necessary to be so incredibly rude during and throughout the whole process? My mum was quite out of it and asked why we were moving around and when i was explaining to her, the staff rudely turned around to ask 做什么 (what she want) in chinese. Very bad experience with the uncle doctor. Not sure if we are even visiting a doctor or a quick money shop. The doctor couldn’t care less about the patient, if we ask questions, we will get told off to go outside and seat and just eat whatever medicine he prescribed. Don’t even want to listen to patient description of symptom. Simply the worst attitude. The feeling is like rather the patient die than waste his time…Tsck..
Charges for even a very normal ailment ($76 for a simple stomachache that will go away on its own without medication anyway) at this clinic can be more than 5 times the price at Polyclinic ($15).
Not like there’s a huge difference in terms of service (actually worse here be it from the doctor or the receptionist) or medication (not say very effective also).
Highly doubt the high price is due to the rental that they have to pay, since there’s literally a bakery selling bread for a few cents just beside them.
It’s expensive health care like this that might be choking the public healthcare system, since more people would just go to Polyclinic for treatment. Even grabbing to Polyclinic to and fro would still be significantly cheaper than going to this clinic…
Ask for a mask from the receptionist to see doctor but instead proving us the mask the receptionist say that bring own mask next time ridiculous can’t u just provide a mask ~
I give up on seeing this clinic with female dr from the past few year, I know the nurse or counter staff are rude but don’t bother bcos i just want the medication but this time i have no choice and sick visit again and yes it slap my face been trusting this clinic the response from the dr it’s really disappointed me when i ask about my illness and she can say she dk and very rush. Last time she even giving a medication that going to expired.
