Especially when one is feeling unwell, it is assuring to be under great and professional care of Doctor Wong who is patient and calming, and Dr Ong who is able to lighten up the mood instantly with his candid and jovial personality. The counter staff, a gentleman and lady team ensure I am in good hands. Thank you so much and please continue to keep up the great service!3 months agoI’ve booked an appointment before visiting the clinic and the nurse understood my requests and answered all my inquires well with professionalism. When I arrived at the clinic, my number was held as desired. The counter staff was very efficient, extremely understanding, and welcoming towards me. Overall a wonderful experience at the clinic. Would highly recommend.a month agoI’m very appreciative of the care and concern delivered by Dr Wong and Dr Ong. They are patient and take time to hear my concerns when I’m feeling unwell. Also special thanks to the Clinic counter staff for their dedicated and caring attention paid, even when the clinic is busy. Everyone takes care of us from their heart and I’m grateful to know of a clinic like this.a month agoEverything is good here. Doctor Ong is good , counter staff is good fast and efficient. Counter staff will explain to you very clearly what are the medicine you are taking. Definitely a must go clinic when you are sick.

7 months agoI highly recommend Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic for anyone seeking medical care. The friendly staff, including the doctors and nurses, will provide you with excellent care and ensure that your visit is as pleasant as possible. The hassle-free booking system is an added bonus, making it convenient for patients to secure an appointment without any unnecessary delays.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic and would give it a solid five-star rating. a week agoWorst healthcare system in Singapore. Super long wait even have appointment’s. Doctor is unprofessional enough and don’t even check your old record. My left eye can see haze first doctor check said suspect cataract refer me to SengKang eye center. Sengkang doctor said nothing wrong ask me after 6 month they will give me another appointment for review. 8 month over no appointment from SengKang eye center. So I went back Ang Mo Kio polyclinic. Second doctor I visit said is my left eye site degree problem ask me to go change my spec. My eye new spec and degrees just update 3 month ago. What a joke. Then I saw my upcoming dental appointment also out of sudden disappear without inform me.4 months agoMake a booking beforehand and be amazed at how fast and efficient this polyclinic can be. Consultation, x-ray, and ECG in half an hour, and the report, pharmacy and payment in another hour. Faster than many private clinics, and at much less cost.a month agoLast year my baby girl had uti but the doctor wrongly diagnosed her and brush us off giving us a look like we’re making a big hooha, ended up my girl was admitted to the hospital for high fever and uti. This year I had a throat infection, another doctor said it’s just viral and it’s not serious, the same night my throat infection got worst to the point I cannot even swallow saliva and had intense pain in my throat and ear. Next day I went to a gp, he said I had an infection already ans it’s been a week (doctor in polyclinic says a week ONLY not serious) and needed antibiotics. I don’t get why most of your doctors doesn’t take patients seriously and wrongly diagnosed patients, serious complications can be avoided but because of your doctors our illness became worst. The only good doctor here we can across is Dr Yvonne.a month agoMost of staff are really nice and friendly. I haven’t had any issues in the past visits until today, 1st of March 2023.I was accompanying my grandmother for her health checkup, waiting for consultation for about 50 minutes when suddenly we were told that they had transferred us to another section so we went. We waited for another 20 minutes, getting quite annoyed that we had wasted over an hour waiting. This is the only time i have an issue with them though, they are normally fine and things go smoothly.
Edit: 1st December 2023. ~1:40pm. The Indian guy assisting with the kiosk was rude. There was no one around (the only 2 people stationed there went off) so i guessed i had to check in. I did but as i examined the chit i got, turning around, i was questioned by the Indian staff. He passive-aggressively asked what i wanted (to do there) and i replied with “collect medication”. He then proceeded to tell me “next time check first before you do anything”. I didn’t know anything but was quite patient despite his unnecessarily snide tone. He repeated a few more times as if i did not hear it the first time. Posted a pic of him if anyone wants to avoid him as well.

My recent experience at this clinic left much to be desired. The prolonged waiting times were a significant issue, and it was disappointing to find that the receptionists seemed to lack the necessary competence.
Their unfamiliarity with medicines added to the frustration, and even after the medications were compiled, there was an additional delay as the doctor needed to check them.
For patients who are seriously ill and eager to return home and rest, this elongated process is far from ideal. Efficient care should be a priority, and I hope the clinic takes steps to address these concerns.
the 3 female receptionists are rude and unprofessional mask down the whole time and eating ice cream. there were 2 patients in the clinic and they still managed to make us both wait 30 mins for our turn cuz they missed the bell from the doctor . not only that when i called to ask for an extra day on mc as i was still not feeling well the nurse said what can we do about that??? with an attitude but every other clinic ive been to just says they will give me an extra day and they actually CARE literally worst clinic ive been to
We booked a 6ME checkup for our helper at DA clinic on Deepavali via their website for a 1pm slot
Got to the clinic and was immediately told (without any real remorse) that their rider will not be coming for the day for blood sample anymore.
TL;DR : the appointment we made was invalid and any sample taken might clot by the next day.
Reason:
“We have no access to the system – so we can’t change it”
“Usually this doesn’t happen, but the system didn’t register today as a public holiday and allowed the booking”
“Come back another time”
Very disappointed especially when the system readily accepted the booking and we made time to specially come by for the checkup.
Cautionary tale for anyone planning before hand – don’t trust your booking – call first if not it might be a wasted trip and dampener for the day.

If you have a cough of any kind, I don’t think using the Dr Anywhere app is suitable. On two occasions that I used the app, I ended up having to visit a physical clinic anyway as the diagnosis and medication was ineffective. In my latest tele doctor visit with a Dr Singh, it lasted less than 1min and he did not ask any questions to clarify my symptoms. I was given expensive medication (“free” delivery fees are probably inside the pricing), that I later learnt from another doctor I had to visit, clashes with one another and was not even the right medication suitable for treating me. Which explained why I wasn’t getting better even after two weeks. Unfortunately, in my experience, this service is perhaps just suitable for a light headache or taking an MC. Really wish I had a better experience to recommend this service and this particular clinic.
Saw the doctor yesterday. She quickly went through the consultation without asking me for detaiils like when my cough started amy phelm or fever. Gave me the cough mixture which I felt more ill n vomitted more than 10 times.
