6 months agoDr. Tarenjit Singh is incredible and extremely professional. It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. He takes time with his patients to help them understand their health issues. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for his patients. All of the staff are also great, they are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend becoming his patient!4 months agoI went to the clinic earlier today after reading the excellent online reviews, and I must say, I was not let down. In fact, I was truly amazed by Dr. Taranjit’s level of care and dedication in not only taking the time to listen but also to empathise with my situation. I wholeheartedly endorse this GP and highly recommend his services.5 months agoDr Singh is the new GP in the neighborhood . He is patient and very informative. I had a car accident from a few months back and just had an Mri done at the specialist due to nagging pain . We were talking about what pain relief i can take as i was allergic to certain medications. He also took the time to read my Mri and explain to me further the implications . He is open on Sunday , which if great as it’s hard to find a gp open on Sunday nowadays.4 months agoExcellent service! Served by multi-lingual (english, chinese, tamil, hindi/punjabi, malay etc) staff and doctor, making communication a breeze! Patients can understand the doctor advice and communicate better. Doctor also provided information relevant for elderly and explained about vaccination with relevance to HealthierSG. Very happy to recommend. A nice neighbourhood clinic! Charges were very reasonable.5 months agoDr Singh is knowledgable, dedicated to his patients and has great bedside manner. Highly recommended! As a bonus, he can also converse in multiple languages!

a week agoThank you so much to Dr Michael and Dr Joyce Xie for their excellent care and continued follow up. Both were very friendly, detailed, patient and knowledgeable while treating me. Very lucky to have been treated by both of them!And also thankful for the clinic assistants for trying to be as quick as possible in managing patient flow esp during weekends/PH.
a week agoI attended at the clinic for a tetanus shot because I was bitten by a dog. Thank you Dr Bob Yong for being so friendly and kind, you made my day better! The clinic staff registered me promptly, they were alright. Can’t expect them to be all smiles when it’s late at night.a week agoI do appreciate I am able to find a 24 hrs clinic near my place especially late at night. On 4th Jan, I took my daughter who was having high fever to see the doctor at ard 10:30pm. During the consultation, the doctor was quick in his checks on my daughter’s throat and her breathing. Somehow, I felt something amiss. He didn’t checked on her body temperature at all. This is the only doctor who does not check the body temperature. He has gotten all the info from what I told him. No mention of what causes the high fever. He simply said he will prescribed the medicine for her. He almost prescribed a medicine that belong to the same family as the medicine she is allergy to. ( He was informed when we went in to see him). Anyway, this is our first and last visit. No more next time. Not professional at all.4 weeks agounprofessional doctor. went for a consultation on 17 dec around 10:30pm for covid and told doctor i suspect my tonsils were also inflamed. doctor completely dismissed my concerns and said that my tonsils were not swollen.i went to another clinic for a second opinion and indeed i had a double infection (tonsillitis and covid), so means this doctor didn’t even check properly and also had a confirmation bias (just because i said i tested positive for covid then he only check for covid symptoms without considering for other possible diagnosis)
the whole consultation was also sped through as if the doctor just wanted to faster get it over and done with. will not be going back to this clinic again.
a month agoReally bad experience with the receptionist and the doctor. I was feeling really sick due to dry cough and sore throat which results me having to see doctor after my work. But this is my first time visiting doc whom didn’t even get to see my face at all (he is just busily typing to prescribe med). Less than 1 min and I’m out of the patient room. And while having to get the med prescription, the first thing that the receptionist asked me was: “it’s 5 dollars.” I was stunned to be honest. I’m not sure if the service and attitude was bad due to the fact that I’m using company insurance but this is unacceptable for first-line services.

I call in to check whether the clinic got sinovac vaccine. The reception mention come back after 2pm they have the vaccine. We come back at 2pm nurse mention no stock. It’s so ridiculous I drive all the way and already called didn’t mention no stock. It’s so urgent and didn’t inform correctly very bad service especially every min is very important.
Went at 9 plus in the morning for medical checkup, waiting time manageable, observed that both 1st an 2nd floor staffs are quite polite and helpful.
Good environment, clean place, nice and friendly nurse, high efficiency 。
Worried by reviews on here but went Friday morning, there were seven people in queue but was seen within an hour. Lovely doctor – friendliest I’ve ever seen in my life! Very warm, helpful and thorough. Receptionist also helpful.

Time : 9.30 am
Came here to get a medical certification for recreational scuba diving.
Was told to go upstairs. Registration needed cos first time here.
Asked to wait then a urine sample was needed. Then later checked by nurse for some simple measurements.
Subsequently the doctor did some checks, blood pressure and then requested an ECG test by the nurse, which took 5 mins.
All in all, an easy and pleasant visit. Waiting time not too long today.
