3 months agoThank you very much to the staff for kindly assisting to my inquiries about a particular product 28th Sept 2023 about 2.00pm.a year agoBoris Johnson said, “no one is remotely indispensable.” In Daniel Liew, this statement hardly holds true. Without Daniel, this outlet at waterway would be in tatters. There were many promos going on in the store today during my patronage, and the systems weren’t at all helping. So I had massive issues with my purchase, but manager Daniel made all the necessary refunds and rebates with patience and professionalism so that everything turned out just as expected! Thanks Daniel, for saving an episode that could have turned out very distasteful. Keep going and Guardian should totally appreciate how lucky they are to have you.a year agoIt was surprising that the pharmacy closes at 07:00pm while shop is open until 10:00pm.I was looking for a prescribed medication at 07:30 pm and was refused saying pharmacy closes at 07:00.

a month agomy daughter wanted to purchase a cetaphil cleanser and one of the staff not really sure the name. but she was wearing a white coloured attire with a cardigan or jacket, started to promote her cleanser. And the first thing she said was “why u buy this? u still student right? u no need waste so much money.” in chinese and then proceeded to lead her to a product that was 28.80. my daugther followeed her and she could’nt reject it so she just held onto the item that the lady reccommended. the lady proceeded to want to reccommend more products but my daugther rejected and went to her friends. That lady continued to folllow her and watch her actions at the store which was absolutely uncomfortable as she could see that lady following her every lane she went.my daughter then said to her friends that she didnt want the reccommended product and hence it was placed on a random shelf while the lady was not looking.her friends then proceeded to the counter while my daughter waited at the side. the same lady then came to her seeing that she was not holding the reccommended product and said why you didnt take it? why why? why u didnt buy it? upon shock my daughter just said oh its with my friends they are at the counter, hoping this lady will stop disturbing her and non-stop asking her
my daugther then proceeded out of the store, super uncomfortable with this lady’s questioning. what was unexpected was this lady then went to her friends and was questioning: where is the product, why ur friend never buy, where is your friend, can you give my back my product? show me where u put, why put here ? why she didnt buy.
I find this super inappropriate and uncomfortable for teens. Whats wrong with not purchasing the promoted product? and following and watching my daughter at every lane? Never have I ever heard a saleslady questioning or interrogating the customer of why the purchase was not made! And its pretty obvious it has made my daugther uncomfortable as she kept avoiding eye contact right? super dissappointed with this particular staff. I couidlnt get the name but she spoke in chinese, wore white attire/uniform and had a thin cardigan. it happened in the afternoon around 5-6pm at 18/11/2023 . I hope someone can educate this particular staff as other staff was perfectly fine. People came to purchase items, you can promote but please dont be passive agressive when the purchase was not made. And especially stop following to check if she was holding the product, it makes people super uncomfortable.
a month agoLousy customer svcs from the pharmist to the cashier. Pharmist did not provide gd explanation of the pdt and unhelpful. The Q is messy and cashier allowed customers behind to cut Q. There are better pharmacies else where.a year agoQuite a big store with lots of variety. The categorising of their product can be improved. Can be quite messy. Took me awhile to find my stuff.7 months agoI would like to compliment your staff, Nuraiman at Waterway Point for his excellent service and also assist me with your current complicated promotion. Eventhough he was busy packing stocks, he served me patiently and professionally. Will definitely patronise Waterway Point branch again.a year agoI don’t usually have the habit of writing a compliment to companies about their employees but the customer service provided by an intern was really impeccably excellent and top notch! He really deserves my compliment. I visited Watsons at Waterway Point on Friday 23 Dec at around 7.30pm. The store was quite busy and crowded at the time. The intern who I approached for assistance had to serve many other customers who approached him for enquiries first before getting back to me. I saw that he’s very professional and service-oriented and he managed to settle all customers’ enquiries in less than 15 mins before getting back to me. I was patient and willing to wait, so 15 mins mean nothing to me as I wasn’t in a rush. I told him I was looking for a mask as I needed to board the MRT to travel to my friend’s house for gathering. Norelle advised me to save money and gave me a mask from his pocket. He reminded me that covid is still around and told me to take care of myself. He was very polite, soft spoken, sweet, gentle, kind, considerate and thoughtful! Despite the store being so crowded, he still entertained to my needs. Really wish he can be my daughter! Extremely excellent customer service from him. I like how he remained calm and positive although his job is stressful. Other businesses or retail stores really need more professional and service oriented people like him in terms of customer service. Thank you Norelle! Please keep it up. Store manager pls let him know I complimented him. Thanks
