7 months agoVisited Q&M dental Blk 743 Yishun Central today for my wisdom tooth surgery with Doctor Marco. The whole process was really not what i’ve expected like all the scary stories that my friends have told me about.The receptionist, doctor marco and his assistant was really friendly and made sure that everything is not as scary as i thought 🙂 The whole surgery to extract my 4 wisdom tooth took about 45mins and the gum injection wasn’t as painful as I thought!
Doctor Marco was professional and made sure I didn’t feel any pain throughout the whole process. I would like to commend the assistant (forgot to ask for her name) who patted softly on me to calm me down, it really did make me less nervous. Service and attitude of the staffs at this outlet is really commendable!

11 months agoQ & M Dental Clinic is one of the best dental clinics I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist and was immediately impressed by the clean and modern environment of the clinic.The dentists at Q & M are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they made me feel at ease during my appointments. They took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly and answered all my questions. I was impressed by the attention to detail and care they took in ensuring that I was comfortable throughout my visits.
One of the things that stood out to me was the use of the latest technology and equipment. The clinic uses digital X-rays, which are more efficient and produce clearer images compared to traditional X-rays. They also have a modern dental chair and other state-of-the-art equipment that made my appointments a lot smoother and more efficient.

a year agoIt was my first visit here and im amazed at how professional and welcoming every staff is here. It was one of my fear, seeing a dentist and even so, having to choose between extraction or root canal treatment. I was having molar tooth infection and had visited another clinic near my house at Bidadari and it couldn’t even be compared to my visit with Dr Marco. My previous dentist were quite pushy and advised me to do root canal but Dr Marco were patient and explained to me the pros and cons of both, for me to make the decision of extraction. Knowing that im scared, he and his assistant reassured me, talking me through his every step and what im even more shocked was how his assistant will gently tap my hand throughout, to reassure me during the injection and extraction which I feel really helps ALOT! The receptionist were also very friendly and patient. I had read good reviews about Dr Marco and team and I really did not regret travelling to yishun. My extraction was done so quickly like in less than 1 min and even my husband were amazed at how professional Dr Marco is. One thing im sure of is that Dr Marco will definitely be my first choice dentist from now on, especially recommended for those with anxiety or fear of seeing a dentist. Great job everyone! Thank you all for making my dentist trip a little less scary. 🙂a year agoI visited Q&M at their branch located at 743 Yishun Avenue 5 on Friday, 12 August 2022 at 11:30am for a chipped tooth. However, the same tooth chipped again the next day. I made another appointment this morning (17 August) at 11am, which I forgot about and missed. After calling them back to reschedule, the lady who spoke to me on the phone was extremely rude with 0 professional and good customer service attitude. It was horrible.This was what happened…..
When she picked up the call and said hello, I told her that I had missed a call from this number earlier. She rudely replied by saying, “This is a dental clinic at Yishun!” I then remembered my missed appointment and told her about it. She rudely asked for my particulars and started criticizing me for missing my appointment. She further nagged that the clinic had called me many times. However, I only received one missed call from them. After rescheduling my appointment, she threatened me that if I missed my appointment again, that they will refuse to help me or make an appointment for me in the future. At the end of the phone call, she rudely said “Bye.” And hung up the phone immediately without any words of thanks.
I personally feel that her attitude, as a customer service staff, is extremely horrible. I do admit that I was in the wrong for missing my appointment. But as a business, how can staff treat their customers this way? Especially if you’re in customer service or a front liner. Q&M is a huge company, so it should have some sort of good reputation, but such staff brings down its name. Sad.
I am never going to visit Q&M again, at least not this branch.

a year agoThe team is helpful & friendly especially front desk Ms Irene. The doctor who cleaned my teeth is Dr Tan Jin Hui. She is experience, patience explaining each process e.g. cleaning, scaling and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Awesome team at this branch! Keep up the good work!

3 months agoDr Tessmin is very professional, patient, caring while performing the wisdom tooth surgery for me. She and her assistant managed to make me feel more relaxed throughout the whole procedure! Would recommend this place if you’re looking for someone to take care of your dental needs 🙂a year agoTSD Dental Clinic at Blk 747 Yishun Street 72, 01-100 Singapore 760747 is really great when comes to taking care of your teeth.Dr. Selvajyothi D/O Veerasamy is very knowledgeable. She explains all the aspects of dental removal before proceeding to make it a less daunting experience.
Her team members Qingwen and Ann are very patient.
All of them use calming tones which are so important when a patient reaches the clinic in pain.
It’s a clean clinic.
Overall we had a positive experience at TSD Dental clinic Yishun. Wisdom tooth removal was handled efficiently at this clinic.

2 months agoThe counter staff are nice. Dr Chng is good, he explained very detailed of very steps of the procedure. He is gentle, he really calm me when I told him my pervious experience when I visit other dental clinic.a month agoReceptionist and staff friendly and nice hence the stars are for them. I am not happy with the bill, as the charges appears to be astronomical compared to other clinics. And being charged for sterilisation of equipments? First time for me. My first and last visit, thank you2 months agoWent to TSD Yishun for filling and crowning under Dr Lo Zheng Xiang. He was extremely patient and professional and went to great lengths to ensure that the entire procedure was as painless and comfortable for me. Before each procedure he was about to perform, he will explain to me in detail about what he is about to do and show me some illustrations as well. He also addressed all my concerns and is more than willing to help me with any requests wherever possible. Thank you Dr Lo and the TSD team for making my dental experience a pleasant one!!

Went for braces and have concluded all my treatments. Dr Dian is quiet but she is super nice when she starts talking. I love going for my appointments knowing that everything is swift! Receptionists may seem unfriendly to some but they are nice and I see no issues on my part, always answering my queries and remembering what day works best for me, throughout all my appointments. So kudos on that! ?
Been afraid of dentist since young because they done a bad job on my filling and i basically felt the force of the drilling.
The filling has now fallen off and the tooth had decayed beyond saving.
Dr Phua has a very soothing voice that calm my fear during the extraction.

I was never a big fan of going to the dentist.
However, having done braces in another place many years ago , I’ve noticed that there was a relapse which can be fairly common. Having spent time and effort over a few years, that can be disheartening.
I began researching on dental clinics as my go-to dentist is no longer with the hospital that I always go to.
While researching,I stumbled upon this very clinic. With it being close to my place, it’s definitely a plus. Not only that, the clinic opens till 9.30 pm. Not many establishment apart from the 24 hours ones open that late.
I went in to do my Scaling and Polishing for my first appointment.
My attending dental surgeon was Dr Caroline Lim.
The whole experience + the customer service was great.
Dr Caroline was attentive, understanding and ensured everything was going well.
I did another Scaling & Polishing 6 months later.
Satisfied with the experience, I began on my journey for my teeth relapsing issue after my braces treatment as mentioned.
I was definitely appreciative when the receptionists/staff ensured that I’m always tended by the same dentist for all of my appointments as well as try to accommodate to my schedule. The reminder messages/emails are definitely helpful!
As of now, I’m still on that journey, will update as I go.
