They were very friendly and went an extra mile to give me the best advice in upgrading my old PC to something faster and amazing at a great cost to themselves because I only paid for the parts at a Discount and nothing for the tedious 2 day work process. Last couple of weeks, I was having a monitor issue, and it just shut down halfway while I was working. I decided to send it to NS Computer House after reading their positive Google reviews. The owner shared his opinion on the damage and their “No fix, No charge” policy, which reassured me that I would not end up with a repair bill for nothing. The owner knew that I needed the monitor urgently, and he loaned me one without any charge so that I could continue my work over the long weekend. Also because of that, I believed their advice about upgrading my old PC with minimal costs and saving thousands of ringgit by not buying a new one. Thank you so much.2 months agoFast service.
