7 months agoNot sure whether they know service or not. While taking the laptop, they said it just need a formatting for the wifi not working. Now he returned the laptop which can’t power in or power on. So sad. At least given back in the given condition.a year agoThe worse service I experienced in this shop, with the bad service given. a week agoI had a fantastic experience with Yeoh while purchasing my customized desktop. He’s not only a nice and professional person but also helped tailor the PC to my budget. After using it for a few months, the performance is excellent. The free software updates and dust cleaning service are a great bonus. I knew them since 1998..a very good shops on delivering variations of IT and computer’s supplies devices and components..?Personally I’m so satisfied..? I’ve bought some laptos, external hard disk and printers here..
Most of staffs are so friendly..BUT to have very awesome prices..pls. nego with Ms. Selina..for sure.she will put an awesome consideration to assure customer’s satisfaction..????

All parts are new complete with box and warranty. Staff are friendly to questions and helped to carry the pc back to my car. Reliable and professional service overall

Bought a laptop, keyboard n wireless mouse here. Sales people are knowledgeable n helpful . Happy with the service.
Very helping staff, they checked my laptop for all the possible issues and told me the exact price and possible options to repair ma laptop. The place is also clean and properly organized. Their level of English is also really good and they are proficient in it, which was my issue as a Foreigner in a lot of other repair shops.
Had to give 1 star for the incompetent staff. Didn’t inform me in advance regarding extended warranty. I already paid when i realized on the receipt that i have been charged extra rm2++ for the warranty. Which is absurd. So i go back and dispute so they said will refund but it will take 14 days for it to appear on my credit card. Since they closed on Sundays, i had wasted 2-3 days. I just hope they can manage to refund it back before i got interest charge from my bank. Really disappointed and hope that for new customer check everything before u pay because the u can’t trust the staff here. Thanks
