  1. Terrible maintenance service. Reported a game crashing since more than a week and no fix yet. Same game not crashing in another redsea branch so no one can blame the game

  2. Came here for 5 hours after class got cancelled on a Friday. I paid 9 ringgit for the basic package. Here’s my review:

    1. Cleanliness – No funny smells or any of that nonsense, but the table next to me the last guy didn’t clean up after (please be more considerate!). If i recall correctly they have instant noodles, drinks and snacks at the front (dont know if you have to pay, i didnt take any) They have two toilets, one wasn’t flushed and another was a little dirty from the last person who used it. But the headphones, mouse, tabletop, keyboard and chair I used had no issues whatsoever. Overall, could do with a bit of cleaning ya. 3/5

    2. PCs and games – For 9 ringgit/5 hours, couldn’t ask for much more. They got basically every game you could ever think of from single player to multiplayer, from Overwatch to Valorant to Minecraft to CS2 to Diablo and so on. If I remember correctly Redsea uses a cloud drive system as I read from previous reviews. Towards the end of my stay my Discord and Overwatch came across a “fatal error” and crashed. However, resetting the pc fixed it (though I had to reset it twice). They have free wifi (password on the pc), a web browser, and of course an indicator app to tell you how much time you have left. If you have Steam games installed on a hard drive you can bring that too (open CS2 or any Steam game, sign into Steam and you can run your game from Steam. Plug the drive into the USB ports on the power button module). For this price you will get a GTX 1060 with 3GB VRAM (unsure of other specs but there was no lag whatsoever) and I had no performance issues except from the 1 crash. But, please do something about the older power button/USB port module, it’s very easy to accidentally press and wipe the PC (Do keep in mind: when you logout all you need to do is power off and all your save and login data will be deleted so no issue when it comes to privacy). If you dont mind paying extra theres a few higher spec pcs and even a 3060Ti package if you want. Overall 4/5 not much to say. I had an OK time

    3. Peripherals – For this price you get a mechanical keyboard with what appears to feel like brown switches (they have a bump when you press it), you can feel how cheap the quality is when you press but that’s expected. The mouse also no problem, have adjustable setting (if I’m not wrong 400, 800, 1600 and 3200 dpi). Both feels like the kind of quality you can get from Fantech or some other brand you buy from Popular or smt. But overall ok la. Headphones also ok, i do wish they had a mouthpiece mic because my Discord friends said my voice was muffled (they could hear me fine though). I dont use headphones (i use earbuds) so my ears got hot quickly but, it wasnt too bad la. As for the monitor, i did have some screen tearing. But the 60Hz monitor is super big; nevertheless, I don’t know how to fix the screen tearing. Youre paying 9 ringgit so i dont mind degrading from 144 to 60Hz for a few hours. 4/5

    4. Staff – Massive thanks to the cashier for helping explain to me the packages and pricing and also helping me charge my phone at the counter before I left. You can ask for a pc near the door where its brighter or if you want to be in the dark ask for one at the back of the cafe. I did hear him complaining out loud about trash at the computers so come on, if you are using, please clean up after yourself guys. 5/5 service.

Overall 3 stars. Would I come back? Well for the price sure why not, however, it could be better. Not bad. Will try some other internet cafes around my area but I know for sure this is a good spot to game.

  3. I Computers are good, headsets are working properly (tried at least 4 pcs, no major issues). Sits are not really comfortable for gaming. Not clean but okay. A lot of food outside. Convenient location.

  4. As a first timer if u happened to pick a 1060 pc .U can’t even open any game .
What’s worse ure not allowed to top up and change pc .
