We came here around 5 pm, then lined up. It was during weekend, and raya holiday as well so the line was quite long. The girl in front of us cut the line because she knew one of the staffs there. We thought it was unfair because we were waiting as well but she got first, cutting 10 more groups that were still quieing up. We confronted the staff and he said to go "talk" with the head staff. It was so ridiculous and unfair for us. This is going to be the last time I come here, considering how bad the service were.
