a month agoAlways no staff available in the shop. Came by twice today at 1pm and 6:15pm and both times no cashier/store assistant seen. Complete waste of time. A board was seen placed at the entrance to block people from coming in. At least store assistant can paste a note or put up a notice to inform patrons that staff is away on toilet break and be right back at what time.5 months agoWent to Gadget Mix @ OTH & was served by Mr Han. He was very friendly, helpful & professional. Finally I bought one USB to iPhone cable from him willingly & happily. This is the right company to buy for your iPhone cable because they’re specialised in this trade. Prices may be slightly higher but you get one year warranty for your cable. Hi, fantastic customer service here at Tampines Mall Gadget Mix store. Easily replaced my in-ear headphones to suit my ears. The salesman at around noon of 14Aug2023 was very accommodating and made sure I had the best possible corrected earphones. Highly recommend this store.
Worst product bought from this shop. Exchange twice but still can’t solve the problem. The salesperson can’t even do a good job. Wasted my money and time going. Pls don’t go and buy from this shop anymore. Their products all cannot make it .
