a month agoAlways no staff available in the shop. Came by twice today at 1pm and 6:15pm and both times no cashier/store assistant seen. Complete waste of time. A board was seen placed at the entrance to block people from coming in. At least store assistant can paste a note or put up a notice to inform patrons that staff is away on toilet break and be right back at what time.5 months agoWent to Gadget Mix @ OTH & was served by Mr Han. He was very friendly, helpful & professional. Finally I bought one USB to iPhone cable from him willingly & happily. This is the right company to buy for your iPhone cable because they’re specialised in this trade. Prices may be slightly higher but you get one year warranty for your cable. Anything wrong with the cable, you can exchange for a brand new one. Highly recommended!!! Thank you very much Mr Han. ??????11 months agoTerrible. a week agoGadget Mobile is the Best! Shawn and his team were excellent! Fast,Swift, Kind and very understanding. They initially didn’t want to take the risk to repair my phone motherboard. But upon hearing that I really need to retrieve my only child milestones and precious pictures, they took the risk and walaa!!! Their phone technician did a very good job to repair my phone, even a nearby popular shop couldn’t.I am very grateful for their help! You can count on Shawn and his team at Gadget Mobile!

a week agogreat customer service , quick and helpful 10/10 recommend to sell n buy phone from them!9 months agoI recently purchased a used iPhone X and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with both the device condition and the service I received from the seller, Shawn.Given the iPhone X already a 5-year-old phone, I am amazed at the quality of this used phone, and it feels almost brand new. You can tell from the photos.
In terms of the service I received from the seller, I couldn’t have been happier. Shawn was meticulous, responsive and helpful from start to finish, answering all of my questions and providing me with all of the information and updates I needed. He even gave me a free protective case for my iPhone X!
Overall, I would highly recommend Gadget Mobile to anyone looking for a high-quality used phone. The device is top-notch and the service is exceptional, making this a truly successful purchase. Thank you Shawn!
a week agoWent there to trade in my old iPhone. The service was great and the staff were professional! Gave me a good price on the phone too!2 weeks agoHighly recommended, honest and kind man. Bought a brand new iphone 15 at a good price from Shawn in December. I am a very skeptical person and asked if i could check if the iphone was really brand new + unactivated before i paid for it in full via paynow, on top of bombarding him with queries. He answered them patiently and kindly agreed to my requests – although he didnt provide a free screen protector anymore bc of my many questions which is fair HAHAHA. Thanks Shawn!

Went to get my screen protector changed but the salesperson made a mistake on it and there was bubbles under the screen protector. She didn’t offer to replace a new one and only offered to give a 2 dollars discount. The bubbles are super obvious with and without your screen turned on. Never going back to this outlet again.

Hi, fantastic customer service here at Tampines Mall Gadget Mix store. Easily replaced my in-ear headphones to suit my ears. The salesman at around noon of 14Aug2023 was very accommodating and made sure I had the best possible corrected earphones. Highly recommend this store.
Worst product bought from this shop. Exchange twice but still can’t solve the problem. The salesperson can’t even do a good job. Wasted my money and time going. Pls don’t go and buy from this shop anymore. Their products all cannot make it .
