8 months agoalways good to have one of these “small gadgets et al” stores – where you can get stuff like phone and charging cables, small cheap toy gifts, small fans and lights, etc. staff here have also been pretty friendly and helpful so far.6 months agoService lady was lowkey rude. Did not help her case when she placed the screen protector on incorrectly. Realised it after I tried putting back my phone case on and the phone case could not sit right on the crooked screen protector. Service lady did not offer to readjust and just kind of forced the air bubble out despite it being crooked. Would not recommend u getting ur screen protector here.a year agoU can buy a many types toys for your baby.a year agoThe earpieces that they sell are of poor quality. The microphone of the ear piece sounded soft. Furthermore, there is a buzzing sound on the right side after fourdays days of use. The ear piece costed $17.90. Hope those people who are looking for a ear piece would not consider to purchase it from this shop. However, the staff are pretty nice even when i didnt have the receipt and tried to return it he explained to my multiple questions patiently. Overall it was a bad experience but the shop isn’t all bad.4 years agoThe female staff named “shuzhen” is very bad in attitude. I purchased a Note 8 UV tempered glass but within a day, lots of bubble appeared at the left bottom of the phone screen. This is apparently a issue of product quality or poorly installation skill. So I came back the next day to feedback. When I enterred the store, this female staff “shuzhen” is playing phone and doing make up. I recounted my issue to her then I turned unbelievably harsh shouting at me and furthermore use “law” to threathen me that they are not liable to the defect. I aksed her if she’s referring lemon law, she become quite. This is really the epitome of worse customer service ever. Please train your staff to treat customer politely and be kind. Your staff attitude really sucks. Her name is shuzhen at Jem outlet.

a month agoBad cheapo product, I bought a tablet from a it roadshow. It spoilt after 1 week. I brought it to their retail shop for repair. It took 5months and no sound no picture. I returned back to the retail shop. They mention it will be ready for collection in a week time. I went to the shop to collect. And waited for 30mins to hear from the sales staff all sort of excuses and tell me the repair center brought in the wrong unit. Waste time and money. Definitely a scam shop. I will be waiting for their “promised call” before I make another comment. And the Google review at the NEX unit is mentioned permanently closed. Red flag2 weeks agoDid not buy anything but wanted to leave a review due to the horrible service from the attendant. Was looking at the stuff while waiting for my koi drink and get told off by her for no reason ??? she was super rude! I would give negative stars if I could. Please properly interview your service attendant before hiring them!2 months agoBad experience. All their shops have bad reviews. I didn’t know and bought a karaoke system with lousy software that the songs have to be streamed and downloaded, takes minutes to load and when I need to play the next song, I have to wait for it to finish downloading & that takes another few minutes. Will never buy from them again. Also, can the shopping malls stop renting to such shops?a year agoBuy a blender from Fareast Plaza outlet, doesn’t work – come back for change a new one. be refused because of no receipt! Hello, I didn’t get receipt from you! I paid by Nets and shown you a Nets receipt that I paid to your shop! I would be wary of this store, as they have insanely marked-up prices. Saw an iPad case that I bought online for $10 being sold for $34.20 (same packaging and all). Additionally the items don’t seem authentic.
Staff was helpful in finding and recommending when i was looking for an ipad protector
id give zero stars if i could. no reply’s to any emails. took my money and never delivery the goods then cancelled the order. SCAMMERS
Honestly i had a really good experience at this shop. The sales person by the name of Delsin attended to me and i was genuinely impressed by his service. Besides being really helpful in assisting me in selecting my case, he went above and beyond to help me remove me camera protective lens case on my Iphone.
It was definitely a great purchase experience !
