  Bought a hitachi fridge and received excellent service from both salesman marcel and mary, the most senior sales person who we are familar with for nearly 40 years. We stay at mont kiara. and although there is a harvey norman 400 yards away from our condo,our preferred choice is ESH SS2,many miles away for their wonderful , patient caring sales staff and their good after sales service… non existent traits at harvey norman,1 mont kiara.The 2 delivery men carried out their work professionally,fuss free and efficiently. Strongly recommended electrical shop,4 stars absolutely. Without prejudice.

  their aircond service SUCKS. bought one aircond and requested chemical service for my current units. they didnt do the indoor chemical cleaning and left.

  UPDATES: 2pm 10Aug Aircond service boss called to apologies that bad service his staff gave. and he will refund me 100% as even the outdoor compressor his staff didnt do it properly. Sorry boss, your staff ruined everything.

  Delivery driver service and sales person really bad and disappointed indeed!! After delivered the washer & refrigerator product without inform customer and provide a proper installation services or leave a note to inform the installation instruction guide to the owner…!!! Based on my personal bad experience the front loaded washer due to unscrew the back it caused the whole machine shaking like an earthquake seriously no joke…..!!! It was terrified me to have such bad experience for first time using the machine ?????? Everyone please reconsider to purchase home appliances from this ESH outlet if you have ever think of it.

  My go-to place for electrical appliance as it has great choices and acceptable price. BUT I realised recently that if the electrical appliances require additional fixture (with installation), such as a TV bracket to hang the TV you buy from them, they will not hesitate to charge your their exorbitant “fixed price”. In my case, I was quoted RM 150 for the TV bracket and RM 180 for the installation cost (yes, just the installation cost) . Eventually I decided to buy my TV elsewhere and got my TV bracket fixed at less than 50% of the cost quoted by ESH. Hope this information is useful to you.
