a month agoGreat exchange rate at 5.83 for sterling. Everywhere else we looked only offered 5.78 or less. Inter bank rate is 5.86. Also got Indonesian Rupiah at very favourable rates. Lady we dealt with spoke perfect English, was quick, efficient and very helpful. Located just down a side street from a 7 Eleven.2 months agoGood rate , recommended ,and it’s near Bukit Bintang MRT station. Favorable exchange rates.Most importantly, unlike the nearest exchangers, here you do not feel a security threat. Around is not crowded, the room is not packed to capacity. Everything is neat, fast and civil.

a month agoGood rate and decent service. Parking is easy and it’s free for the first 15mins. Recommended.4 years agoLocated at the front main entrance beside Maybank is hard to miss. It’s a small outlet with a few chairs & fridge in front. It can get cramped when it’s packed and you will need to wait for a while as there is only 1 or 2 counters open. However they offer good rates for their customers.4 months agoPlease note that it is NOT a DRIVE-THRU but DRIVE-IN and need to park your vehicle (chargeable for 15 minutes or above) However, the outlet’s location is LOBBY-FRONT and easy access. Poor service….you can try calling day in n out but nobody picks up the call. Sometimes we need to call to inquire if they have the stock of the desired currency or else may end up wasting time going there all the way n there is no stock.
Other money changers seem to be very prompt in answering phone calls.
Exchange rate was good. Fast and smooth transaction. Staff not very friendly
Maybe i just had bad luck with this …i tried to exchange 3 times, the guy working there is soooo slow so there is very often a line, when he is not working slow he is on break :)) Rates are definitely better in Bukit
My visit to Antara Duit Money Changer in Avenue K Shopping Mall was disappointing. The man behind the counter appeared uninterested and displayed unprofessional and rude work etiquette. Despite multiple inquiries, he didn’t even look at me. The poor communication skills left a negative impression, prompting me to leave without exchanging money. With numerous alternatives in the city, I don’t recommend this place to others due to the lack of professionalism and customer service.
