a year agoCame in the afternoon to change money in which the staff mention that the currency that i want is unavailable at the moment and need to wait for about one hour to arrive. I asked if i come again will the rate change and the staff confirm that the rate will not change. I came back after one hour, told the staff the amount that i want to change. He calculated the total and to my surprise the rate was much more expensive compared to earlier. I reminded that he earlier mention that rate will not change in which he replied that the rate i saw earlier in the afternoon was not the updated rate (he forgot to update the rate on the screen). Useless money exchange outlet.. Went to change USD1,000 and they didn’t have enough ringgit.. and I said how can a money exchange not have enough ringgit? And then the lady there started yelling at me how can you scold us like this. If you wanna say something you must know the reason first.. Do you know why we have no ringgit? We are opening a new outlet. I couldn’t be bothered to listen to her yelling/explaining so I said wow that’s good you are rude to customers .. and walked out .. Well hello, how is you opening a new outlet my problem? it just means you are not running your business the right way and are RUDE to customers.. will never go there again .. Useless and rude!
