10 months agoBudget friendly gym.. have at least 1 month membership. After expired , can top up back your monthly pass at any available date that u are available to attend. Just that only 1 out of 5 indoor cycling function properly6 months agoThe best old school gym ever ,the amount of equipments ?? I regret for not joining as a member here,the staff way more friendly than the gym that I’m currently belong to. If you looking forward to have a ‘pretty’ workout here , lol then it’s not for you.a year agoThis was Agym Fitness previously which is now under new management, thus the name also changed. The monthly fees also has been increased. The equipments also getting replaced with new one so it is still worth.a year agoCheap price, but all bars dont have knurlings. Hard for gripping. Deadlift platform is broken. No 1kg plates, so programs that aim to increase weights gradually every week will have a hard time. When working out at night, the windows are opened and smoke from restaurants below come in.6 years agookay. but the place feels too hot to do workouts, should repair the air conditioning, air ventilation is poor, feels like drowning during workouts

7 months agoI have been going to Kinofit for many years and I love it. The trainers are very professional and friendly, and they tailor the workouts to my goals and abilities. The classes are fun and challenging, and I always feel motivated and energized. The facilities are clean and modern. Kinofit is more than just a gym, it’s a community of people who support each other and celebrate each other’s progress. I highly recommend Kinofit to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and well-being.3 years agoJoined since 2018 and their Yoga class was great! All the instructors are wonderful and friendly. The manager is so helpful. I’m not a Malaysian, but I felt well welcomed. Summary: a great place. Can get a bit hot when busy, but hey you’re working out so it’s bound to happen anyway.
I’ll start with the cons: the place is not air conditioned (it has a lot of powerful fans though), so it can get a bit hot when busy. It also has no water fountain/dispenser, so bring your own. It could also use some wall mirrors to help people see if they’re doing free exercises (e.g., when doing squats) correctly.
But the pros outweight the cons though; first of all, the trainer (and also owner) is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym itself is well-equipped with plenty of machines, and they look new (or well maintained). It also has two shower rooms and locker area, as well as a small space for you to do stretching / yoga / etc.
For me, the fee is reasonable – RM89/month plus RM100 one-time registration fee; compare this with Celebrity Fitness (RM200/month, if I’m not mistaken). For that amount, the owner will also give you one free coaching session, and he’ll sit down and plan your diet and training sessions as well.
Overall I’m happy with this gym, and I’m going to return tomorrow. With a big bottle of water.

Love this gym! My neighborhood gym since its so close by. Strictly follows SOP and sanitizes their equipments everyday. Encourages patrons to sanitize after use of each equipment as well.
Super clean, packed with a ton of amazing equipments,good workout ambience,great music and a really good trainer!! Look forward to achieving my goals here!
