  1. An open air gym with friendly and helpful staff. Equipments are like new and seem to be well maintained. A few big fants and air coolers are around the gym to improve ventilation.

    Lockers, shower and changing rooms are available. Parking space is abundant in the mornings but you have to pay w/ TnG. Unfortunately, no water dispenser is available and drinks must be purchased. Since you can bring your own bottles, this is not a big deal.

    Membership price is fair, a 3-month package costs Rm390, or Rm130 per month – paid upfront.

    You can freeze your membership upto a month, which is a nice policy for travelers.

    Disclaimer: Registration fee can be waived if you leave a review on google maps/Facebook, however, this is an honest rating and review.

  2. An open air gym, big and spacious. Equipments are okay but some are totally gone case – hip thrust machine bolts are off and you can’t adjust the setting of the seating if you want it flat or inclined.

    Why is it bad?
    1. Parking is horrendous – the car wash takes most of the parking and the answer will be the same its not under their control

    2. Staffs are not friendly tbh – don’t expect great service la

    3. The ladies changing room is somewhat disgusting – I’ve encountered someone’s underwear openly on the bench, clothes by the mirror of the hair dryer section. There’s a bath sponge/loofah by the hair dryer place as well? Not sure why the owner of the loofah left it there (have a look at the pics of the ladies changing room ✌?)

    4. Simple stuff like providing a water dispenser goes a long way. Other gyms have it, even FlyProject that does classes has a water dispenser

    Been coming here for a year + but it’s definitely time to switch to a better gym that cares about its clientele

  3. I used to go to this gym a year ago. Bring your own water if you are a thrifty sorts. A plus if you prefer the gym not being airconned till it’s chilly and you wanna hit the barbell rack.

    A side note on the honesty of the team as I lost my wallet and they found it with everything still as it is. God bless you guys.

  4. Good gym facilities but lousy toilet.
    – unflattering toilet, not really clean, smells quite bad and cheap soap provided. for a lot of girls, this actually matters. hope can be improved
    – lack of lockers, almost impossible to find locker slot. most lockers are spoilt/ stuck too.

  5. Exceptional gym with great facilities, friendly staff and overall, a very welcoming community. Gym-goers are open and interact positively with others, the environment is very clean and spaced out well. Gym equipment is well organized and the floor planning is well done. Bathrooms and toilets are clean, allows for showering on premises and changing rooms are vast with lockers available. All in all, a worthy investment for solo training, duo training or even going as a group, as well as for making friends. Broad minded and approachable staff and members alike, boasting some of the best trainers in Malaysia, each with bountiful experience in matters pertaining to training as well as in life. Very well worth the money for a membership! Definitely recommend this gym!

    This is a neighbourhood gym which has two floors, the first floor is focused on cardio machines, TV’s for viewing while u do ur cardio and a studio with a large space. They also have a dedicated space for women to train.

    The second floor is where things get serious with two separate dumbbell racks, two deadlift racks, two smith machines, two cable stations and a host of other equipment. It can be a little tight but u still can enjoy ur workout. Women workout here as well and it seems to be a well lighted space with full see through windows which enable views from the street and provides daylight as well.
