4 months agoHave been a member of this gym for nearly a year. It’s a great place for someone who does not have the headspace to think about what to do next in their workout (as you can just follow the video while doing circuit training). There is zero judgement from gym goers as everyone is there just to workout in peace. No hogging of machines as the gym goers cycle through the machines during circuit training. Staff are friendly and very casual, no upselling of packages or any of that sort if you’re not interested.5 years agoTrainers are friendly, experience and knowledgeable. Circuit exercises combined with vibration training/tabata are effective in shedding excess weight or just for toning Good and nice environment to work out as it’s an all female gym. Recommend for first timers ??4 years agoA woman friendly gym suitable for a muslimah like me! ^^ I’m able to exercise freely w/o having to feel insecure/intimidated by the presence of men. Extremely friendly and caring trainers that is able to balance being firm and gentle when coaching. Definitely recommend if you’re someone that is considering to gym but feel intimidated with the presence of guys.4 years agoWell balance gym to go to for exercising be it for health or losing weight. I love the systematic regime from the circuit to cardio to vibration training mapped out for us and especially the perfect timing of just 29 mins each time is needed. I don’t feel intimidated as it is an all female gym and I also feel so at home whenever I exercise there. Most importantly is that both trainers Thiba and Jenny are very professional, caring, warm and friendly. ?????5 years agoIt’s a really homely place where women of all ages come together and have a good time while keeping fit (plenty of friendly banter!). The facilities are well-maintained and there is sufficient equipment for everyone to use.

3 months agoI have finished my first package with Owl Pact and I am starting my second one soon! Very good and rewarding experience thus far. Truly enjoyed myself and each session is well structured, tailored to my fitness level and surprisingly fun!The best thing is the trainer, Jay, who motivates me along the way and guides me patiently. Ive learned a lot from him and he has helped to correct my postures & form since day 1. He is also friendly, easy to talk to and explains each exercise in detail so that I feel safe and confident in doing them.
The service is 5 star gold standard, so good that i have also recommended my elderly parents to take up his trainings. The space is suitable for personal training and there are plenty of variations available with the equipment. I highly recommend Owl Pact PT to everyone as I have experienced a tremendous improvement in my fitness level. Genuinely look forward to each session! Saying byebye to my sedentary lifestyle!
5 months agoJay is the best personal trainer I have ever had. In just two months, he has helped me to lose 4 kg. He is very good at customising exercises to suit the particular needs of his clients. He is also sharp enough to make the necessary adjustments to the training programme to minimise injuries to his clients. For example, he is always asking if the squats I am doing are causing me to feel pain in my lower back and when I say yes, he will either change the exercise or ask me to change my positioning until I feel no pain anymore. That is why I look forward to my personal training sessions with him, even though I know that I will be exhausted at the end of the session.2 months agoI am 72, experienced knees pain for about a year. Embarked training program with owlpact 5 weeks ago, under the close supervision of Jay, my knee pain is gone now. I am totally impressed by the progressive training program, staff care, diet program, and the well equipped facility. I highly recommend Owlpact to aged people who seek having back the strong knees and healthy body.7 months agoDidn’t had any expectations prior to joining the gym. The onboarding was smooth, Jay didn’t oversell the packages. Information provided by Jay during the consult was straight to the point. Jay is a wonderful trainer with a friendly attitude which makes me look forward to each session. Thanks to Jay also prioritizing meal tracking which I haven’t done in a long time. Would strongly recommend.7 months agoExcellent experience I have with Jay! My best experience is an ongoing one with the continued progress of being healthy and string, gaining muscle mass, seeing the changes and getting alot of advice not only on gym but on health and life In general. We can chat and discuss things not only as a trainer and trainee but as friends.The best thing is having a responsible trainer going along with you throughout the journey in the gym. That is something you may not get even in a high end gym. But with Jay, this is what you get and you can see he tries very hard to help. The sincerity is there.

I’ve been with extreme fitness for around 1 and half year and i must say the training has been very well thought out. At first it was overwhelming as I have no knowledge of exercising but training with my trainer Eddy has given me the confidence. My strength has increase and I have learn so many things from my trainer. I highly recommend this gym if you are serious about getting fit and healthy. I have recommended a friend and we have consistently been gymming together as well. The best thing is that this gym is also 24/7. Highly recommended, give it a try, go for trial session.
Been training with extreme fitness for 3 years. Personal trainers were very patient and knowledgeable. Very nice environment with friendly coaches and fellow gym members. I thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions.

Been a member since the last 6months under a coaching program for fatloss the results has been amazing having lost 10kg with coach velu. The training is a good variety of strength and cardio and boxing. My fat levels are down and strength has increased. The gyms are well equipped and trainers are really professional. Cant recommended any other gym than extreme fitness definitely the best.
I’ve been a member of many other gyms in the past 6 years. Extremefitness really stands out with excellent facilities, a friendly environment, motivating coaches. Always look forward to my workouts at Extremefitness!
The culture and vibe here is awesome and the members and staff are very welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a transformation , personalised coaching for fat loss/muscle building or just a good place to workout.
