They fitted me in last minute despite having booked the store in KL, and provided an excellent welcoming service. I was limited on time during my holiday from the UK and absolutely couldn’t fault them, highly recommended! Thank you again. My gel mani lasted perfectly for 2 weeks exactly ? very reasonable too and worth every penny.a month agoTop notch service from reservations to gel mani/pedi to after-service follow up. The place is hygienic, comfortable and beautifully decorated. My go-to manicurists are Grace & Ann, both with absolutely great skills.2 years agoI’ve never imagined my nails could ever be this beautifully done!? I couldn’t choose between 3 different nail art ideas and manicurist Sharon (love ya!) helped me to combine and improvise the ideas to make them fit, 3 in 1 I couldn’t be happier to get them all????(you can’t really tell that’s they’re not from the same collection right?)Their instagram page looks great, but it’s even better once I’ve visited the place. Everyone was very welcoming, polite (!), friendly, and very detail oriented. They’d make sure you like what you see. Not to mention, the place is so beautifully decorated, and love the uniform!! Also thanks to the staff who did the pedicure (I’m so sorry I forgot to ask your name!?). I didn’t really have any idea in mind and she gave me a very helpful suggestion?? Everything was so perfect I was really amazed. Also thanks to the customer service rep (probably one of the manicurist too I guess??) who helped me book through WhatsApp because I couldn’t book on the app. You guys rock?????
Oh, bonus point. I forgot that I was gonna do pedicure and wore sport shoes there?? Thought my nails were done for the thank God they even have disposable slippers prepared for guests like me! This is by far the best nail salons ever??????
But I went to buy a new sandals later because great toe nails need great sandals to match with it ?

5 months agoClean and peaceful inside – the staff were very friendly and warm. It was my first time getting a gel manicure and pedicure. Their rates were published and they accept either cash or bank transfer. The tools they used were clean and everything felt professional. Will definitely recommend ?4 months agoFirst timer and I love the service there! They are really professional and do a clean job. Went for a simple look.6 months agoI requested for clean + buff both handnails and footnails, LOVE THEM. Haha my manicurist and pedicurist were so friendly. They were very gentle as well! Before cutting off my toenails, they placed me to a massage chair (like ogawa chair lol), gave me a good foot bath and spa (scrub till below knee with massage). Guess what, all for RM100??? Definitely worth every penny! Will come back again and bring more people! Hehe ?2 months agoClean and tidy inside, their pedicure chair was amazing. I loved the massage chair so much? they also have lots of classic and gel colour to choose. If you’re not sure about your colour, they can help you to choose. Besides, the staff are friendly. Not recommended if you have ingrown nails. They don’t have the proper tools or training. Came here because it’s closer but I ended up bleeding A LOT.
The gel nail service is ok and they use hand lotion after. There’s TV to watch while waiting and they are super fast and seem nice when you make an appointment.
However one of my nails is cracking off with the gel in the middle after a while. I whatsapped them and they didn’t opened my messages unlike my previous texts. I wasnt angry or rude in my messages, but the fact that they didn’t reply me means they probably aren’t certified to do nail after care…
The staff is nice, nails is so beautiful. Love it! Will come again

Work is good , but i only went once because one of the staff was so rude , show face and pull my finger so harsh and not friendly I STOPPED GOING THERE AND FOUND A BETTER PLACE WITH A LOVELY PEOPLE.
