Unfortunately, for my most recent visit, I wasn’t satisfied enough. So I reached out to them and address my concern.
Thankfully they handled my issue professionally. Offered me a re-do with free of charge. Carine & Kmy even went extra lengths to stay back a little late beyond their business hour to accommodate my time availability — as I was catching up an event date. Really am grateful for this but respectfully would not recommend other customers to request the same ?
After the touch up, I am well satisfied with the outcome. Can’t stop looking at my own nails ever since ☺️☺️☺️ Kudos to them!

a year agoThis is my 3rd time coming here. I came back because I was happy with the two previous treatments. Also, if you like to see your nails coloured and still can perform your Solah (prayers), this is the place. I’ve surveyed few nail spa, only De Nail Spa offered Shine & Buff + Inai with affordable price.Unfortunately, for my most recent visit, I wasn’t satisfied enough. Super rude on the phone when enquiry was made.
Been there once, environment is quiet and decent. Very personal service as it is a cozy little salon. The cutting and shaping was disappointing as it was uneven and still had sharp edges.
Application was so bad I could see my nail through the layers. Would not recommend any branches as the sunway pyramid one (went there bc it was urgent) was a horrible experience too
