I would rate 5 out of 5. Would like to address the polarise review with different concern. a. Long check in time – I believe if you are able to complain in Google Maps, you are capable to use the check in kiosk which there is at least 20 of them distributed around the lobby. Check in process is seamless for me, within minutes. If you book through 3rd party website, good luck to you. Do not understand why need to book through 3rd party website as it’s not cheaper either. If it’s (slightly) cheaper, happy for you and good luck. b. Breakfast – do not top up for the breakfast. The breakfast is one of the cheapest that I have ever seen, what do you expect by paying RM30 only. There is other choices available. c. Washroom – best washroom ever as shower, toilet bowl and basin are all separated from each other. Top pick in term of pricing, location, ventilation, cleanliness and comfort

There’s ample paid parking available, and after a short walk, you’ll reach the cable car station. Tickets are purchased at vending machines, and there are a few ride options to choose from depending on your preference.

We timed our ride for sunset — and it was absolutely worth it. The golden hour views were breathtaking.

On the way back down, we rode at night, which gave us a completely different experience. The city lights below and the clear night sky above made for a magical end to the ride.
