2 years agoKind and friendly hair stylists here. Operating under COVID19 full standard of operations (SOP). Advance reservations are advised to secure the available time but I used to walk-in during non peak hours. Fully air-conditioned premise. Plenty of car parking lots available right in front of the saloon, also a large parking spaces behind the shop lot. Remember to pay the parking fees to local council avoiding receiving parking summon ticket. This saloon also located within 5-minute walking distance from Kuantan City Mall (KCM) or 10-minute from East Coast Mall (ECM). Lol decided to go almost pixie-length from always having long hair. First time in my life so I was nervous. But very pleased with results and will definitely be returning! We did our hair wash and hair styling done here before an event! They were able to slot us in promptly and deliver fantastic results for a super reasonable price point. They are also super efficient. My stylist was Michele and she was just fabulous! She ensured a good job was done and customer satisfaction was of priority

I know you guys do your job really well cause ive been to your saloon for many times. But please stop commenting on your customer’s hair/scalp, i dont know if it is for marketing purpose or what but it’s so annoying. Sometimes customers go to your shop cause they are so busy to take care of their hair. If we have nice hair, we wont go to saloon right? Ill just do a hair styling then. Please change your attitude, i know you guys are great hairstylists but please stop commenting on someone’s insecurities
