a month agoIt was a traumatic event ever happen to me. I did bleaching + colouring cost me about rm700+-. There after im experience a really bad hair loss . A handful of hair each time after showering . At first i did’t realise it was that bad. Until my husband tell me that my hair is everywhere on the floor and its getting worse . Until i had anxiety to wash my own hair as it will cost me to loss even more. I did went back to their salon and state my problem . But the only word that i can hear is that the lady said it was not her fault and ask me to go see Dr . Then i ask them who gonna be responsible for my hair . She said she cant do anything. Im in the state of depressed and sad due to massive hair loss. That is not what i want to hear from their side . Claiming nothing to do with what had happened. Hair is a crown to every women . And now i lose the only crown that i have. I dont mind spending money on hair. But i cant even touch them as afraid that i might break or loss. ?????????10 months agoJack was very friendly and gave good advice and tips on hair care. Hair wash and blow felt good and comfortable! Hair cut turned out great too. Will come back again.3 weeks agoFirst time go Malaysia salon. I do rebonding keastrain about 688 RM. Take about three hour time. My stylist is hao. Quite patient and gentle speaking. I go there when no much customer. During weekday. The rebonding ok. At least my hair don’t feel sting. I saw other review another salon people spoilt their hair doing rebonding. Thus abit scared. I can wash my hair next day. This salon is around 30 mins from ciq. Grab very fast can book car. Will come back again for the service.a year agoRandomly googled a place for Keratin treatment and I’m glad I found this place!Jack attended to my hair and gave me a lot of advice when I mentioned that I’m not sure what to do with my frizzy hair. He recommended Anti Frizz treatment instead so my hair won’t look too flat.

5 months agoFound this salon on Google and decide to give it a try since I finally decided to cut my frizzy hair and it’s a Must to settle on today haha.Hair stylist Hao is super gentle and polite, he will give advice based on your hair condition, And during the step of washing hair, it’s comfortable, no pain no hard force at all, just relax ?
I’m truly satisfied with the results! The environment is cozy and comfy~ I think the price based on the area and service given is super reasonable ?

It wasnt easy to find a master who knows how to work with blond Caucasian hair, so I was super happy to find Kath who helped me get a perfect blond shade which looks natural. She also uses good quality product that doesn’t damage coloured hair. The salon itself is very clean, the service is professional and appointments are on time which is rare the case in Malaysia. Nevertheless JB is swamped with hair saloons. I was very fortunate to be recommended to Kath. She completely understands my hair condition and style. I have very frizzy and coarse hair. And she immediately knew how to work with it. My mom goes to her as well for hair cuts. I like it especially when Kath understands the hair style needs and the end results is great for my professional outlook.Many salon would give you a funky cut. I went to salon did haircut and did scalp treatment for my friend. Michael style director gave lots of ideas and did a great job for us. He and his colleagues were very patience and did a very great satisfactory job. So satisfied to go for a great changeover. ?
Had a great experience here. George, with 20 years experience, was so professional and kind. They really get to the specifics of what you want. Did a perm + cut for 460 ringgit. Definitely coming back in a years time!! ?
I would highly recommend people to try this place. The service there was amazing! Michael was very patient and helpful with my inquiries. It is a friendly environment! Be sure to look out for the very skilled hair stylist named Michael. He is very professional and good at colouring and styling hair…he is simply the best! Stumbled upon this outlet by chance. Michael was meticulous and has great sense in style. The hairstyle chosen by my daughter was not quite suitable and he was able to adjust to fit her frame and personality perfectly. She was so happy to finally change her hairstyle after 2 years of keeping the same style.
