5 months agorequested me to wait because they were serving other customers which I was fine about that BUT then allowed their next customer to cut my qué and I had to wait again. 5 minutes of service was dragged to almost 30 minutes of waiting time and not even apologize, just like nothing happened. very bad service and attitude.a year agoProfessional locksmith with tools. if your looking to replace your modern remote control – go find this slightly fat boss, he will do a good job for u without worries.2 years agoGreat service. a month agoVisited today. Staffs were very friendly and helpful by clarifying the prices for each of the key units/products before we would like to proceed with key duplicate service / purchase. Even the items within this shop are readily labelled with price tags.Not sure why other reviewers complained about the price. Considering they are the sole shop that provides such service within Putrajaya area, i can say pricewise it is affordable and okay. Else you need to go out of Putrajaya to get another locksmith shop.
The thing is, ask for the price first and if you feel like you do not agree with the price, just refuse politely and find another place to do your business with.

7 months agoCalled the company’s number, to inquire regarding their services. Responded very well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Service was pretty fast considering I went to change two remotes batteries and also duplicate a key. Would recommend anyone who is in a rush for a fix.5 months agoAbsolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Paid RM80 for a new car alarm key and it only lasts for 3 months. Completely waste of money.a year agoCome to buy just the autogate key (Note: not duplicate). They charge RM100 just for a 433MHz autogate key. They said the reason is because it is from Taiwan.Usually, I could cope the price difference between Shopee and physical store. However, the difference is absolutely unacceptable and illogical. Perhaps should report this store to KPDNKK for further action!
Not recommended. Find another key store with reasonable price. Do not spend your money excessively on stores that take advantage of customers. Be a wise customer and consumer!
2 years agoUnfortunately, I came here to duplicate house keys and regretted my decision. At first quote a different price ( by your ignorant male staff) but end up paying a higher price. Simply charging people for no reason while trying to cheat and take advantage of customers. Price is expensive and ridiculous. I am definitely not coming back here.

Superb services and very kind hearted guy. Soft spoken and nice person. Highly recommended. Called in 2.00 am in wee hours, need to urgently open a lock out door. He came 15-30 minutes later and help and open in just 5-10 minutes. Affordable fee. He said he offers other door services like installation keys, duplicating and digital locks also. Good luck.
