a year agoThis place is a pleasant surprise to us. We have visited to get our car key replaced(bluetooth model). The shop almost feels like an antique place with all the small machinery to copy the keys and cut the various types of keys. We are very happy with their service. They tested the inner circuit, since it was intact, just replaced the outer plastic layer,which costed us around 40rm. Happy with the service.2 months agoPoor troubleshooting skills. Even the remote bought from this shop.Unreasonable pricing , sky high. If troubleshooting don’t work , also charge you. On top of that , charge additional again to change whole remote.
Worker need to be train . Other shop resolve in 2 min.

BUT charges are very high. My car remote key has some problem. They just did wire soldering for one component and charged some 40RM. So took out 2 stars.

NOTE: This shop is located INSIDE BUKIT JAMBUL MALL (Level G) infront of Mcdonald.

Find him in the mall ground storey opposite Mc Donald2 years agoThe lady who answer call was helpful, but she send her staff over, the uncle is so rude and the charges is so expensive. So rude the lady that answer the call. I called to inquire about assess card. The lady don’t even let me finish speaking before cutting me off and acting like she knows what I want. She also had a whole attitude while speaking. Very very rude. She kept raising her voice saying she knows she knows but when she finally let me finish speaking, totally different thing from what i wanted. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Hope people do take my review seriously before considering to do ur business with them. I should’ve read the reviews before even calling the shop. Hope not all the employees there is as rude as the lady.

Did gate remote and duplicate normal keys. All function very well. No need 2nd visit. Complete in less than 10 mins. Recommended and price is reasonable. The only shop in bayan baru area that open in the morning, normal biz hour
