  1. The best warranty claim experience I have ever had. Staff were professional and conscientious. No queues and good follow-up. The warranty claim was smooth and timely. No unnecessary delays. Very satisfied with the service.

    but however regrettably lacks expertise in servicing.

    They suggested discarding our 2015 Mac despite it having no hardware issues, only a software problem that they couldn’t resolve.

    Unable to resolve the issues, they neglected to seek assistance from an Apple senior advisor and easily gave up without further attempts based solely on their own abilities.

    Staff were lacked of empathy and problem-solving curiosity. Apple should address this and enhance staff training.

    Luckily, the issue was resolved with efficient support from Apple’s online assistance, showcasing excellent service even without face-to-face interaction.
