  I came here to repair my ipad, the receptionist was nice, giving clear instructions for registration. If you have made pre-registration via web, you still need to register for queue, however if the queue was long, you will get express lane queue. I cancelled my repair, because the cost is too much ?

  Really bad service ! The staff said cant change battery even my phone warranty not expired yet. They said need book for a new battery arrive almost 2 week n need to self pay around RM 4++ ~ Kota Bharu just have one Switch Service Centre but they give very bad service to customer ! DISAPPOINTED 🙂

  Call them one day before untuk tanya ada stok ke tidak, they pickup the phone and assist me and answer my question nicely. At the store, one of the female staff (Siti Nurani based on my invoice) is very helpful and kind enough to help me from A to Z since i want to transfer the data. Sini also can use Atome which is really good since it has no interest, but the max limit is RM5000. Any questions u can ask them directly since the staff are friendly and very helpful. Recommended ??
